Starting to get really annoyed. The service is pathetic. The fibre is more off than on. We work from home and this is a massive inconvenience. When it comes back on its only a few hours then it goes off again. When is this going to get fixed? We don't even get compensated for the two weeks it's nearly been off now. The line is unstable and the stutter is extreme.
I paid Richfield College upfront for my year of studies. I did not complete my studies as the study material was not up to standard, during class some students took control of the live screen and had ***ual intercourse and there were over 400 students in 1 hour of class. No attention was paid to students. How are we supposed to pass? After almost a year I get a letter from Hartman Attorneys stating I owe Richfield and Hartman Attorneys money. I don't owe them anything. I keep getting harassment messages and still get it to this day that they are putting a trace alert on my ID. How is this fair? Richfield contacted them and I didn't owe Richfield any money as they charged me for a subject that's not even part of my degree. I will not pay them a cent and settle this matter in court if it is not removed from my name. I am done with people trying to milk innocent people for money.
Worst ever! I've wanted to settle my account for months as they kept over charging me, no ffeedbad, the case went on for months and I kept on getting penalized as they want to deduct the wrong amount of money from my account. This is still not settled even though I've paid my account and they just don't give a damn how badly it's affecting my credit score for not updating my account. Would not recommend this service to anyone. They're useless!
I've been struggling for 4 months now to get them to fix my billing. Every month the billing increases and they charge me for a watch that I don't even own. When will this be fixed. I can't even log a fault on the app as the app is not working. Really disappointed in this poor service. I've been with Telkom for many years and it seems like the quality of work and service is just decreasing. I haven't even received my deposit back from a few years ago.
Customer care is nice. Is my problem fixed, no! If you want to pay to not have internet ever, use rain.
I absolutely love this shop. Their prices are very reasonable and delivery is fast. I recommended them to the company I work for, to make business equipment purchases here because they provided good service to me in the past.
The way most of the staff treat their patients is absolutely disgusting. They slap and hurt patients and humiliate them in the hospital. We had to take my dad home because of the abuse and they make a grown man cry through hurting him. I suggest people to not admit anyone to this hospital. You'd expect more integrity and kindness from a hospital and their staff.
They don't care about their students, only money. Bad with communication. You constantly have to escalate a problem to get their attention and wait months for replies or assistance.
