Payjustnow defends merchants for *****ing and ****ming people. According to law (just like Paypal), services like Payjustnow is supposed to offer buyer protection to buyers. I purchased perfume from Scentimental and it does not meet the quality which they advertise it to be. I have logged the return request with the seller but he refuses to resolve the matter. I have tried to resolve it with the seller and Payjustnow but they refuse to help. They are quick to take your money and make a fuzz if it is one minute late, but they are not willing to support their clients but entertain merchants that are ****mers, Scentimental's perfume smells like soap. ****mer alert!
Hello, I ordered perfume from Scentimental with Order No. #28761. I received 4 bottles of perfume, of which only one smells authentic. The rest smells like palmolive soap. The seller promises long lasting perfume that smells exactly like the original. The perfume smells nothing like the origonal and the return policy is also very deceiving. The seller states that the buyer may only return the perfume within 7 days. They are hiding the return link for a request to return the product. I have submitted the request and the seller never responded and it is way longer than 7 days now. I tried to contact the seller regarding this and he never responded. I need a full refund. The perfume is nothing like the original and lasts only around 1 to 2 hours. Not like the seller states up to 24 hours! Sincerely, Martin Pretorius
We upgraded the LTE to a cellphone contract on 19 June 2024 and a sales agent called us to finalize the order. An agent called earlier that day in the morning to validate the order information but she neglected to get all the information for the order. She called us back later that day but at the time I was busy on another call and I asked the lady to kindly call us back at 15:00 the same day 21 June 2024. She never called. On Monday 24 June 2024, I tried to determine the status of the order and I was informed that there was no stock of the Honor 90 cellphones and that the order had been canceled. If she called me back on Friday 21 June 2024, there would still be stock available? I tried 4 times on Tuesday 2024 to get in touch with Vodacom but to no avail. I was transferred to three different departments and the last department put me on hold for around 7 minutes eventually an automated message told me to rate the service out of 5. I gave them 1 out of 5 because the option of zero was not available! Vodacom cannot assist and communicate effectively and never return service requests. Also, I never used my modem which I have paid for for two years and after several attempts to repair it, there was no communication and the last message from them that the modem would be sent for repairs was sent during December 2023. Furthermore when I asked a second time for credit to be paid back to me for the modem that never worked Vodacom kept silent and I never heard anything from them again. Worst customer service. Steer away. Even Telkom provides better service.
My LTE contract included a router from Alcatel which never worked and lost signal permanently. It was taken to the repair shop 3 times. Everytime Vodacom sends it back and told me that there is nothing wrong with it but when reaxgimh home. Same story no signal. The last time I booked it in for repairs I never got it back. Vodacom is a ****. Don't use this network. They are the worst. No communication or feedback.
Dishem always have stock on hand and the best interest of their clients on heart. If they cannot find it they will order it. I am a happy customer with them. They keep all the nice stuff for improved wellbeing and health.
I had a disappointing experience with New World, making it the worst company to buy from. Like another reviewer mentioned, their products simply don't work. Let me share my own experience to illustrate why I hold this opinion. Recently, my daughter required medical treatment in Pretoria, and since we reside in Middelburg, we decided to purchase two Keyboard and Mouse Converters for my children's Xboxes. Prior to buying the converters, we explicitly informed the salesperson that we would return them after 6 weeks for a full refund, as my daughter had another medical appointment scheduled at that time. The salesperson agreed to this condition. We returned the products in their original packaging, with the plastic wrappings still intact and the items in pristine, new condition as when we bought them. The agent who assisted us took the converters to a manager, an Indian gentleman, who later informed us that there were scratches underneath the product. However, these scratches were only on the plastic wrapping and not on the product itself! They were presenting very aggressive behavior towards us. It became apparent to us that New World had sold us the product with the sole intention of profiting from us. We left the items in the store as requested, as they claimed they needed to test them. However, this occurred around 10 weeks ago, and we have not received any follow-up or a refund from them. It is highly frustrating and unprofessional. As a result of this terrible experience, I vow never to purchase anything from New World again. Furthermore, I find it disheartening that the Menlyn Mall management, who were supposed to address the issue, have not taken any action or provided us with any feedback. I strongly urge you to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. New World has proven to be an unreliable and unsatisfactory company, and there are certainly better options available in the market.
New World is the worst company to buy from. As a previous reviewer said, the products do not work. The agent who assisted us then took it to a manager (an Indian guy), who then came to tell us that there are scratches underneath the product, which was only on the plastic and not on the product itself! New World sold the product to us just to make a buck out of us. The products were left in the store as they said that they will test it which was about 10 weeks ago, and they never called us back to offer a refund or anything! I will never buy anything form New World store again. Menlyn Mall management was also supposed to look into the matter, but they did not do anything and no feedback was received from them either. Go spend you hard earned money somewhere else.
I wanted to treat my wife and daughter to a new set of nails and made an appointment at New Me Beauty Salon In Middelburg. The nails started to fall off within three to four days. Despite of the fact that she promised that her work is guaranteed, the lady refused to replace the nails or to provide a refund. Very misleading and bad experience. Will not recommend them at all and it was a total waste of time and money!
My son purchases an item for me for fathersday and unfortunately misplaced the receipt. I am from another town and I called the Witbank Mall in order to determine if I could be assisted to return the item. The store manger then said that I will be assisted and that they can obtain another receipt. I drove all the way through to the store. The receipt was retrieved from the system and then the store manager refused to refund me after she said she would. The garment was still brand new and never worn. I wanted to obtain a refund because my spouse already purchased a similar item for me for fathersday. They managed to retrieve the purchase proof but still did not want to refund me. Truworths, Jam,, Edgars and most stores will accept a printed receipt as it serves as proof that the item was purchased at the store and that they received the money. My son and I were regular customers of Kurt Geiger but after the poor service and very bad experience with customer care they had an excuse of company policy, while the consumer act states that if you are not happy with a product you may return it to the store for a refund. In terms of s16 of the CPA, if a consumer has bought goods he has the full right to a cash refund if not happy with the goods. The regional manager refused to even get back to me and I had to call customer care in order to leave a message three times. Poor service and no understanding My number is 0813192400. Kurt Geiger is tremendously poor in dealing with customer care and return policies are not complying to Law. I need a full refund because the proof of purchase is available and the garment is still brand new. Be careful to shop with them. My family will never support them again.
