I'd like to thank Keanu Voster for his great service. He constantly made sure that I was informed on the progress of the call I logged for a faulty line. He made me understand that the solution couldn't be resolved remotely, but needed a technician's call out to the house. The technician arrived at 06H24am whereas the scheduled time was 10am. Just this, said volumes about Crisp Fibre's service. James, was very professional in inspecting and identifying the problem, in less than 5 minutes. He resolved the matter, and when he left I was all smiles. Thank you for a crisp and amazing service. I recommend Crisp Fibre for a great fibre service any day! You guys rock!

I had a contract with Telkom, which lasted for more than 6 years or so. I had a SIM-only month to month contract with Telkom, which I have since settled. I have requested for my contract, to be closed, and it was. The balance was around R78.31 or so, which I settled on 19th Dec 2023. A month later a debit of R300 went off, I reversed it, the following month, another debit of R600 went off, I reversed it, and finally a debit of R900 went off which I also reversed. When I enquired with Telkom, I was informed that I was in arrears by R300, which is incorrect, and it accumulated penalty of R300, and another penalty of R300 until it got to R900. Telkom informed me that the accummulation of the balance amount was due to the legit reversals that are made. Telkom has employed the services of some attorneys to collect an amount of R1200 or so. I told them that I will not be paying it. The only reason I'm reporting this matter is because telkom has unfaily listed me on the credit bureau. I do not have any outstanding a mount with Telkom. This entity thinks that they can bully anyone to pay unjustified funds. I highly DO NOT recommend this provider for any services to the consumer. If you want peace of mind, look somewhere else, but not Telkom. The principle is simple, a provider renders service and gets paid, but what service has telkom rendered to demand payment? Please stay away from telkom!!!
If I could 1/1000 star rating, I would do that! I previously had a cheque account with FNB, and stopped using sometime before 2020. My cheque account card expired in 11/21. I do not bank with FNB, however I have a mortgage loan with them, which I intend moving to a different provider. I have learnt that I have an account called Cbs Legal Dda with FNB, account number 4000520715562 with a balance of -R6,920.37. This account has been accumulating monthly interest of 1.15% a month. This is a chequa account that FNB decided not to close, but kept active all these years. When I enquired with the bank some years ago, I was informed that the bank has decided to impose monthly fees on this unused account. It's been alomost 5 years or more, and the account is still "active". This account is officially dormant, but starnge enough it's still attracting interest. FNB is a ****, and I've lodged a complaint with the National Financial Ombuds Scheme. I hope for a positive outcome. I would not recommend anyone to use FNB, especially for long term financial commitments such as morgage or vehicle loan as their interest rates are based on race profiling as proven by Emerald van Zyl.
I am without connection since yesterday, logged a call, as this provider has no after hours support. I logged a call again on the morning of the following day. Still no happiness. I switched lo Coolideas, whi are the service providers, and Linteg are the infrastructure owners, hoping that I'll get a better service. Their service suck, and if you want to be frustrated, and keep buying u budgeted data, and endless calls, you dare subscribe to them, you'll regret doing that. The service sucks and at the end of the month they still expect the bill to be settled in full. They have no clue how much their incompetence costs us!!!
I had been without network since Saturday, 12 August 2023. I made few calls and was informed that the engineers are working on the cause of the outage. Sunday, still no connectivity. Monday morning still no connectivity. I called at 08H20, and was assisted by Simphiwe. I explained to him that I didn't have network since Saturday. He asked the right questions to diagnose the problem. He started troubleshooting, while I was on the line. He took my number, to call me back, in order to save me some airtime. He called back, continued troubleshooting. To cut the story short, my problem was resolved, my settings reset, and the connectivity has been restored. I cannot praise Simphiwe enough. He was so patient, and he is technically knowledgeable on the matter. Thank you, thank you, thank you Simphiwe. Linteg must hold on to you, as to me, you are an asset to the company.
This company is a ****. Never purchase anything from these rascals and croocks that are up to no good. All they do, is to ***** money from unsuspecting customers. You better go to www.takealot.co.za and forget about these rascals.
The service from this company is appaling and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After taking a policy for minor scratches and dents, I tried to claim, and my claim was rejected, and their reason was that my scratches were longer than 15cm. I submitted pictures, with a ruler next to the scratches showing that the scratches were way less than 15cm. CMC came back, and irrespective of that, I was told that he decision to reject the claim still stands. I wouldn't advise anyone to take up a policy or get anywhere near CMC. Secondly, M-Sure as an administrator, I wouldn't advise anyone to get closer to them either, because they are quick to debit your account, and do nothing when the claim is rejected. These companies are thieves who still people's money. I have started to save money, the same amount I was paying to these automotive sharks, to pay from my own pocket, and not be on some thief's mercy for the repair of my vehicle.
I was assisted by Nathan Philander, who was very professional, and had a good understanding of what he was talking about. I would definitely recommend anyone to Law For All.
