Last two months i opened a new policy i later find out that it is too expensive for me then immediately after pay day i wrote an email cancelling a policy and submit the required documents a month after now i see that they deducted my money again which means that they didnt cancel it i want my money back for that two months
Unfair loan on an item processes of Cash Crusaders Heidedal in Bloemfontein, refusing to give me a grace period whereas as a previous customer of Cash Crusader Fichardt park and Charlotte maxeke granted me 5 days grace period, i was told that they not working like that, i wonder how so because i believe they using same system as others, i was talking to Samantha yesterday from Heidedal who said that i eve showed her my previous conversation of Charlotte maxeke branch where i was told they can grant 5 days grace period, and mind you i was still within that 5 days grace period, rather she told me that my iten is now on the floor for resale and i have to buy it back, so i need clarity on how one franchise work differently than two others that i used before
this company **** people's money and they are unreachable. They have been deducting money for 3 months now and i cant stop it from my end and cant even reach them.
Good day again I am writing this with a heavy heart, I paid Rain last week Thursday and I was told that it was part of part payment and I have to pay again The first lady I talked to mentioned that I was supposed to pay 315 and if i want to be reconnected I am supposed to pay 365 however i told her that I paid that 360 something, but our phone was cut off as i needed to get into consultation, after her I hav been talking to a lady named Leila from billing support to tell her that I paid another 363 today she keep on saying I have to pay my account is in erears I asked how because I paid she needed proof I sent to the email of documentsuploads email, so she want me to pay for the third time now as she keeps on saying she received my POP however if I need help to pay again she will assist me, now I am being asked to pay 3 times for me to get reconnected she also mentioned that she send my documents to technical for further investigation I mean now it's almost this time, and keep on chatting with them nothing has changed I am so angry truely speaking
Delayed to be reconnected and now the system on how they performed their work it is different from last month
I bought grocery at checkers 60 and chooses time for delivery at 5-6pm they deliver around 4pm and didnt find me at home, now when i call they told me they refund my money and what i know is the money is going to reflect after two to three days and if i cancel my order i want my money back to in my account now, i did call the customer care line and the lady i talked was not friendly even helpful she just told me there is nothing that she can do, and even few weeks back seem like their app at times clinches so it makes as if we are the one who makes mistakes
My experience at first it was a bit stressing, as the process was slow however at a later stage I got to understand that it was a procedure that needs to be done and the que was long, after submitting all the required documents everything was sailing smooth
everytime when i order food, there is a missing item, it happened for the third time now if i am not mistaken , and when i report it i have to go extra miles to get assistance, last time Mr D refunded me, however now i told them i dont want refund i want the item, i had to buy airtime call the shop explain what happened, the lady who assisted me said she will get back to me twice, after two hours i had to call the shop again and i was told they were looking at the camera and the people who work at the back said the y did include that missing item i told the lady that they can even send a driver with a camera to check whether my package had that missing item or not, i am not happy at all. finally i got the missing item after two hours
I can't claim my two pot with Old Mutual, I have Retirement Annuity for years now, every year i receive tax certificate for tax returns purpose, and my money is being deducted monthly however now i cant claim because on WhatsApp I received an error message saying i don't have a policy to claim from.i have been to the branch several times with no help, i was told to call head office i did and still got no help.now i am concern why cant I get help, I am glad I got to realise now while i am still alive imagen this happened when i am gone and my child struggling to get his inheritance.now i am even thinking of cancelling it because clearly old mutual is somehow hiding something.please assist
I have joined this company last year in august and some time in November i receive a call from of my creditors saying that my account hasn't been paid how so i don't know because i have been paying Credit consult sa on a monthly basis without skipping a month. Then i contacted the Credit Consult Sa and the portfolio manager ever since said to me to send her my id number and that's it however i contacted my creditor and they referred me to their legal department and it was said my account its up to date. little did i know that in December another creditor contacted me saying the same story this time around i cant reach anybody from credit consult sa i don't know whether it is because of festive season holidays or what, however i tried to consult the creditors like i did before with the previous credit but this time around this creditors still saying my account hasn't been paid for some time now and i am starting to get worried because of i cant get hold of anybody from credit consult to assist me with matter and that makes me to think that the company are scammers and all and i afraid that now i cant catch up with my creditors if it is true that they haven't been paying anything
