I am not happy with the R30.00 which is debited from my account monthly which i have not sign up for. when i ask they say is for the rewards bucks. how can i pay to get money rewards in my account. i have been using nedbank for as long as i can remember, but i don't remember even a single day where i was given money or rewards. i am very close to leave nedbank. currently i am not happy with my bank service at all. And i don't even have energy to fight or contest anything.

The service received at this hotel was outstanding. I was treated like i was the only guest. From reception to the dining area. I was so emotional when checking out, did not want to leave. I felt like I was in my own house. I arrived at 4 am but by 11 am i was a priority. They made housekeeping to stop everything that they were doing to get my room ready considering how tired I was. The hotel is very close to everything. It does not deserve to be categorized as a 4 star because the service is of 5 star. I am definitely coming back.
The experience on this bus was horrible, i regret ever using it. The driver and his assistant were so root forcing customers to speak isizulu, claiming they can't hear any other language. The driver continously drove over the speed limit. The service was so bad they even told me to get off if i want and I can get the next bus that's coming and this was at around 9 in the evening and it was raining.
I wanted money urgently, and someone transferred money to my Bidvest account. money did not come through and when i called the customer service i was told that funds take 24-48 working hrs to reflect. I mean this is 2021, who waits for that long to get their money.....yrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, very very disappointed
