Horrible shopping experience
Horrible service at Mr price Cavendish Square today. I needed a bigger skirt size but this store only had small size and I asked at the tills if they could please check where I can find the same skirt with bigger size, while standing at the cue,saw one of the ladies standing and because I wasn't buying anything else,I asked If she could please locate the store for me. She asked me to go find the person who is working at the same department where I find the skirt, I was shocked because I didn't know who to ask for. One of the cashier's called me to check for me and the lady who asked me to go look for the person continued to say,she would be making me a big favour if she helped me as that is not her job. I should have brought the person who works at the skirt department to assist me it's not her job at all. This Mr price is big and the ladies I found on the floor told me to go to the tills because they will check for me.

Terrible service
Worst service I have ever had in my diary!! Zonefiitness wynberg is the worst of them all, told me I owe r65 and worst of all no one even told what it was for. . Had to pay extra r65 after paying my gym membership in time. Person who apparently knew what was going on was full of attitude. No wonder they have bad reviews everywhere.

Extremely disappointed by the poor service at this spur
On the 4th of January I was at spur with my family and the service we got was so disappointing and extremely poor . After waiting outside to be seated, we were happy to finally get in . Once we were seated and the waiter came to introduce himself ,we new already what we wanted to drink and ordered the drinks waiter came back after morethan 25 minutes to tell us that, the bar man is not available so he will make a plan to do the drinks himself. We waited and waited, he came back to say his going to do the drinks again. Came back with a guy who told him his going to fix something quickly and he'll come back to do the drinks, so that was the bar man. I literally begged him to please bring whatever that was available and ready to drink which took forever. Waited again for food forever for food, even decided to go outside and take photos because the kids where getting bored. After that long wait food was horrible, sausage was so dry,told the waiter and he laughed. The ribs where so hard non of us could it them,mind you I was there for the so called ribs. I left so angry whatever we paid was not worth it at all.

Great service
Visited Mc Donald’s Wynberg last week and two ladies standing at the door, was so impressed by them ,so welcoming and went all out to help me with how I can download the app and get discounts :) my order was quick and the shop is neatly packed. Cashier was very friendly to, I left with a smile on my face. #winsomewhere

Worst experience of my life
Today had the worst experience of my life at pick n pay Claremont . They had special on raw full chicken and trays but the lady who was in front of me took the last one and the guy who was behind us had a long paper full of red stickers with pick n pay jacket on and I asked if he would put more and he said no I’m to late. While I’m there busy deciding, the lady that was in front of me took out chicken that was not on promotion and gave it to the guy and he quickly put on stickers, back to the fridge and said something in Afrikaans and the lady quickly took all, I was in disbelief and shocked and as If that was not enough, the lady again in Afrikaans said it’s not enough I need more and Shafik who now I came to understand he was a supervisor took two more trays and moved from us and the lady followed. He took out the red stickers and put again for the same lady, I asked why was he doing that because I also want the chicken. He mumbled something that did make any sense Management who’s name is Yolanda was just in disbelief and said nothing that helped at all. I’m so disappointed, management and the supervisor made me feel so small and worthless, never ever will I go to pick n pay again because it’s clear that you have to a certain person to get specials.
