I’ve never ever gotten a correct order. Everytime we go to the restaurant, they are incredibly not attentive. They give you whatever feels right and you just have to take it. At this point I’d rather drive all the way to Benoni to get proper service, where I’ll get the correct order. Springs Mall is useless.
I can’t thank Ms Iris Letlapa enough. She is always there when I need her. I got insurance for my husband sorted in no time. She really goes the extra mile with no objections. Thank you so much BSure for having the best staff there is.
I’ve had a very horrible experience with 1st For Women in this particular incident. I’ve always been happy with their service but I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My husband was involved in a car accident on the 18th of February 2024 and his car was a write off. The case was handled by Sesharika Runganathan who has been very frustrating. She does not communicate with us therefore leaving us to wonder where we stand with the process of our claim. I’ve literally only ever received a phone call from her once, every other update I’ve gotten was because I called in to enquire, I’ve spoken to +/- 6 other consultants. This morning I called in for a follow up and was told there’s an outstanding document. I would’ve never known if I didn’t call. My claim process is dragging due to the processors incompetency in communication skills. These are frustrating times. An accident is quite traumatic and having a compassionate person who always keeps you updated would’ve been much appreciated. However I did not get that this time. I would suggest Sesharika receive some in service training in this regard.
I had a great experience with Leo. Always willing to help. And kept me informed with the latest updates pertaining to my claim. It was truly a pleasure.
The worst service ever. I recently purchased online some few items for my newborn baby to be delivered to Springs Mall. As per usual when ordering online, I awaited an sms saying my order was ready for collection. I did not receive that sms for over a week and decided to track my order. Only to find that my order had been delivered in store 4 days ago. So my husband goes to the store to collect the order and they want the very sms that I did not receive in order to get the OTP. They give him the run around saying my number is not the number that the order is linked to. So I send them an invoice that has my number on it. Then someone realizes that they did not do their jobs correctly and that their system was not updated with the order that they received and only then I got the sms I should have gotten 4 days ago. The staff might just need a little in service training because it was though we were trying to be *****ulent. I'm completely disappointed with staff at Springs Mall because online shopping is meant to be convenient but then picking up the order in store and getting that kind of service is exactly why we avoid shopping in store.
Today was literally the best service I've ever gotten from Bsure. Carin was able to assist me with my enquiry. However prior to that I have not been able to get assistance from any of the other agents. I've been paying high premiums for 3 months while I could be saving.
I'm just actually very disappointed with the transparency of the consultant and above all else, the customer service. I was left feeling very much in the dark with my own finances and potentially a life changing process. No communication from Ayanda Mrhwetyana who promised to update me every step of the way. The I researched the legal implications of the whole thing and got even more uncomfortable. Calling in did me no good as I was told a message had been left for him and the team leader and I would receive a call from them shortly. The business day was over over and still no call. All in all, a very daunting situation.
Brendon is honestly the best advisor ever. He's been the biggest help. I was able to save some coins today.

Roadside Assistance is the worst. I ran out of petrol. Due to loadshedding, a lot of petrol stations are non functional during blackouts. So I seeked assistance from Miway Help. Only to find out that you have to pay for the fuel once they bring it to you. There is no communication on how long assistance will take. No one to check on your safety. Just poor service. I eventually canceled and decided to hike to get petrol. The consultant didn't even hesitate to cancel. I've been with Miway since 2020 and have always stuck by them, regardless of other insurances offering lower premiums therefore this experience for me was heartbreaking.
