In the morning I withdrew 1voucher which was R274.00 but when I load the voucher it says voucher pin invalid.I have been trying all day to get help from Betway on their social media but no help at all

It's been two years now,I claimed R200 and submitted my bank details.I have never received a single cent but they keep sending surveys via emails.
On 3rd of January 2025 I won a competition on Twitter,which I was suppose to receive a voucher which I never received.I have been querying about my win since the 4th of January 2024.They kept on telling me to wait for 24- 48 hours which has passed but still no feedback or Voucher that I won,my ticket no is 27044039 which I am using for follow-up,they keep on saying we have escalated your query but no one is giving me feedback about my query.

On Friday (30/03/2023) I made an instant money payment and I was told to wait for 24 hours.But 24 hours has passed still I haven't received my instant money voucher numbers and pin.I emailed Hollywoodbets and sent on their social media platforms for assistance no response from them.
