Refuse to accept responsibility
Two of our appliances are damaged due to the negligence of their removal team. They refuse to accept responsibility, claiming that I should have made use of their expensive wrapping service. Last time I will use or recommend them.

Wonderful experience with this great company
I bought my dream car from Mit Mak Motors. The service was excellent, from the time I showed my interest in the vehicle until the time I drove away with it. Everything was arranged within 24 hours and there were no hiccups, still cannot believe everything went so smoothly. Compliments to Eddie, he is a great salesman, definitely one of the best.

Worst furniture removal company in South Africa
The company based a quote for furniture removal on a list of the furniture to be moved between Boksburg and Olivedale in Randburg. They were supposed to be at the Boksburg premises at 07:00, but only arrived at +/- 12:45 after we had to make several calls to remind them. They arrived with a very small truck and could not load all the items listed. They then demanded an additional payment of R1500 to move the items they could not load. We refused to pay anything extra and had to make urgent arrangements to move the items ourselves. They are unprofessional and rude and damaged a number of items when loading and off-loading it.

Beware of this scam
This company is definitely a scam. They gave me a tracking number for a parcel that went to Cape Town whilst I am staying in Pretoria. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp's and don't have a phone number. Their physical address is at the Jhb. China Mall and I doubt if it is even the correct address.

The vibe and food at this restaurant is top class. Steak was well prepared, soft and tasty and chicken and prawns are to die for.

Service is non-existent
Only give them 1 star because the website does not make provision for zero stars. I subscribed to a 25mbs LTE package in December 2022, but only receive a maximum of 7mbs download speed if I'm lucky. They will only change my package to fibre if I pay for the router. What do they expect me to do with a router that is worthless to me? And don't try to phone them - you will hold the line for at least 30 minutes.

Stay away from this dishonest company
Never trust this company. Asked the consultant whether I will be placed under debt review should I sign their agreement. Was told that it is not debt review, but that they merely negotiate lower interest rates with your creditors. Also promised that my credit score will not be affected. Thank heavens that I never signed anything, but did my homework in hellopeter. The agent now denies that I asked him about debt review, but administration. Stay away from this company, they are not honest.

Thieves
I agree with all the other reviewers. All you get from them is empty promises and lately they don't reply to any emails. Can't we stand together and report them to the Consumer Council or lay a charge at SAPS?

Rusting Jet Chef Microwave
Bought a Jet Chef Microwave less than 2 years ago for R4500, receiving a 2-year warranty. It started showing rust marks on the interior (stainless steel) recently. When I complained about it, was told that it is a "maintenance issue" and is not covered under their warranty. Been told that I should try rust removing products! Pathetic product and service, will never buy Whirlpool again.
