If ever you're thinking of taking out vehicle finance, please DO NOT get it from MFC, Nedbank. Rather go with Wesbank/Toyota Financial Services. With MFC the interest will be double the amount of the actual price of the vehicle and you will be held liable for any system failures on their side in relation to changes or arrangements on your account. I've dealt with a few banks and MFC is the worst, most costly of the bunch.

Illegitimate and dishonest automotive company
Ons Koop Jou Kar viewed my vehicle in January 2023 and made an offer to purchase which the bank accepted. 3 months went by without the sale taking place because they could not provide the bank with updated FICA documentation. We waited and waited and eventually they came back and asked for another viewing and new OTP because the vehicle has been standing (because of them by the way). A new viewing was arranged, the car was in exactly the same condition but they wanted to make a new OTP of R60 000 less than their initial offer. At this time they however still could not provide the necessary legal documents to the bank to proceed with the sale. The director I initially dealt with went from making empty promises, to stop answering my messages. Ons Koop Jou Kar have proved to be an illegitimate automotive company who did nothing but waste my and the bank's time. Thanks for nothing.

Heater always on full blast
Condition of the buses are not bad but the trip experience was terrible. The heater is always on maximum (night and day) and its so hot that one can't even breathe. Not a pleasant trip.

Unprofessional and plain Greedy!
Please whatever you do, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with WEBAFRICA. THEY ARE FRAUDS! I wish I had done my homework and checked them out on Hellopeter before signing up with them. They are unprofessional and plain greedy! The aftersales service sucks!!!

Uber is a thief
Uber continues to deduct the monthly pass from my bank account. It does not allow you to cancel the automatic monthly renewal and I have contacted them to inform them that I want to cancel the pass subscription. These thieves are still deducting the monthly pass even after I've deleted my Uber accounts. Absolutely rdiculous!!!

Telkom with the worst reception is also extorting me!
Telkom has outright been extorting me! My October invoice for 1 November was -R0.30 and today it's R1203?? I have a R399 contract exiting this month as well as a R40 contract that expired last year which they just renewed and continued to deduct. I have requested to cancel this rubbish when it expires, a few months ago on the website. Let's see whether they action my request, otherwise I'm notifying the ombudsman. I'm done being overcharged while there are so many places in SA that has absolutely no reception.

Account suspended even after payment. Cannot get hold of Telkom, ever!
First contract ended without a notification and I'm still be debited. Second contract my data has suspended even though I have paid my account which was in arrears. Cannot get hold of these fools, ever, as their line is always engaged. You request a call, they NEVER call back. Worst ISP ever! Data is cheap but after sales service is a sham. Can't wait to move to another network!
