The pretoria east group. Infoglobe. Is now an agency that do not look after there renters and customer whom they rent the property out for. We battle from day one. No pre inspection but you must sign a document that all was well. The property they rent to us is in a terrible condition. They don't send us the water and electricity bill. We mail them none stop they just don't care. We will pay the normal amount we usually pay. So adleast we did pay. I will advise people to not list there properties here. For any reason.
We have sold our car with a tracking system in and after we told them they like don't care. We must keep paying. So we realized the car was ******. So we stop 1 month. Then when we want to check where the car is they have switched it off. So we where with them for 5 years. Then we ask just check where it is. They simply don't care. This company simply do not care about there customers.
Is there any thing lower than 1 maybe minus 10. This company will. And its not negotiable. Will ***** from you. I have lost more than R20k belongings. And more than R50k broken stuff. Plus they came more than 2 weeks later with my belongings. Not what they claim. This company should not exist at all or the people lock up. This is more of a ******** organization than a removal company. Do not say i haven't warned you people. STAYAWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
It been 10 days still haven't got my house hold from cape town to pretoria. Not sure if this is a **** place. I've been struggling to get hold of them. When i do they have plenty excuses. Stayaway if this is legit or not. The service is useless. I was told 3 to 5 days. Because there is another load waiting.
I bought what was supposed to be new Gwm LT4X4. But 148kil on the clock. Abit more than a year ago. With plenty problems from the start. And gwm did absolutely nothing about it. 1. Glow plugs don't work. 2. Traction control doesn't work at all. 3. Very loud clunking noise coming from or the rear diff or transfer case. I am more to rear diff. I had it at dealer and they don't know what to do. On glow plugs they say software. On Traction control i don't hear anything back. On clunking noise they don't know what to do. I'm on 27909kil now and clearly Gwm simply don't care about their customers. Or they don't have the knowledge or don't care. I don't know. This can be a great brand if Gwm takes responsibility for what they sell. Even if there are problems. Understandable but sort it out immediately and look after your customers. I was complaining from the start but nothing come from it. Maybe they just treat me this bad i don't know. But i don't want this specific peace of junk which I'm trying to love but facing these problems daily. Its becoming to much. I can't say don't buy the brand because of terrible service. Maybe it's just me who suffer. But i don't want this vehicle anymore. Give my money back or give me a real new vehicle like I've paid for. With prove that all is working.
I bought a obd display unit. But the unit didn't work. So i packed everything in and log a return. In the box was. Unit ,suction cup. Long cable that plugs into the unit and obd plug. That's it. So when driver pick up the sealed box. It was out of my hands. They don't sign for it or check anything. Then it reaches the DC. Then takealot wants to tell me i didn't put in the usb cable. Takealot and there unprofessional ******** organisation sell ******* and when you return it. They ***** things out of it. So that you as the customer must lose your money. DO NOT BUY FROM TAKEALOT.
This place simply don't care about helping righteous rental customers. No wonder the people of cape town take matters in there own hands. The agency do whatever they want false client signature. Threaten people that they will come into your house and take whatever. Got all on mail. Things are going to get worse in SA cpt. Housing rental tribunal. Don't care about people. If this is the case don't waist your time there take matters into your own hands. Seeing there is no righteous.
I wish i can show the video. On 25k gwm still doesn't want to replace the air filter the 2nd most important service part on a diesel engine. My filter is terrible dirty but they don't replace air filters on 25k. All other manufacturers do replace every 10k not gwm. No wonder. And gwm simply don't care. This is a terrible brand and i super strongly advice against buy this. I did support them trying to make there brand better cause there are bad faults on them. Which they don't even know how to sort out. But this is getting to much this bad service from gwm.
Looks like this mtn are becoming as useless as the rest. They don't take there debit order as they should. Then they switch off your line. And even if you go to the branch. They carry on like everything is all good but the line stays off. We are getting tired of useless service
This is definitely the most unprofessional internet provider. They simply don't care about there service. If it good or bad. You have fiber paid. Then next its just off. And they don't help you. Inwork through afrihost. First they waisted my time telling me there is fiber. Send me on a goose chase messing up my routers. To find out in the end i was right. Then they log a thing with vuma. And they don't know when vima will solve the problem. So i sit without paid internet. Maybe for 2days losing 1000's of rand money as i work from home..and clearly waisting my money on vumatel fiber through Afrihost. My advice stay far far away.
