Amazing experience
Absolutely amazing service and food at Melfort. The staff were friendly and the food was out of this world. The beautiful scenery with the dam, geese, chickens and ***s make the ambience perfect. I will definitely be back again.

Terrible experience with EverAfter Studios
<div>I signed a contract with EverAfter Studios (South Africa) for them to do the photography and videography at my wedding in April 2025 in Cape Town. They subcontracted other photographers to show up on the day without informing me. The contract said delivery of content within 20 days of the wedding. Over-edited photos were supplied 2 months later. The video was only supplied 7 months after our wedding after constant begging, and being ignored. Phone calls and messages ignored. Our wedding video didn’t include certain content such as vows and speeches as promised (also in the contract) and we are now paying someone else to make a video (luckily we managed to get the unedited video content) We are still waiting for our physical wedding album which was also supposed to be delivered within 20days of the wedding. On top of all of these issues, the owner *** is full of every excuse in the book as to why things haven’t been delivered and refuses to take accountability or to rectify the situation without being begged. Very poor communication. Unfortunately what should have been an exciting experience has turned into my nightmare. I wouldn’t wish this on any other bride/groom and therefore I would not recommend this company. We are having to go the legal route to get our content.</div>

Terrible
If I could give them less than one star I would. Making us pay for a service and then still charge us for 2 months after THEY no longer provide the service (not us cancelling our services) and then send debt collectors to make us pay them more after no service has been received. Completely ridiculous and *********.

Online book order
I bought a book online. Received within 3 days. Although, the online portal does not update you on the status of delivery as the portal still says “processing” which is what it said at the beginning. This is not a HUGE problem however it would be more convenient if they could fix this. Delivery time I am very impressed with.
