Worst service ever
Been trying to buy water but the keep deducting my money and not generating any token. If you are new complex try to avoid them

Landlords are struggling with property management
They never respond to any emails, the do not schedule meetings for owner to understand what they are paying for. They will deduct extra money from the water even if you are up to date with your levies. Our building is a mess, we have not had light for a year but we are paying levied

Poor customer care from cape gate branch
I bought a bed with them and before my guarantee even ended the bed is broken. I asked for an exchange and it was approved by Karen in Cape gate. I have been waiting for three months for the exchange with her now ignoring my emails

Online ordering delivery process is a nightmare
After doing an online order getting the parcel is packaged on 8 different bags which is confusing and now my order is marked as delivered but I am still missing alot of items from my order 😢

DebtBusters scam scam.... Run from them
DebtBusters is a scam.... They took me when I was in need but now they are taking advantage. I got my clearance certificate because I have paid off all my debts but they are still taking money from my account.
