I am a full time professional voice artist and have recently struck out on my own and Chris Yelland and Mpendulo from Mandi Acoustics were of service to me in setting up my home studio. To say the service was impeccable is completely accurate. I was quite anxious since it had become clear that I needed a brilliant result to get me in the race for professional home studio voice work internationally. Chris and his team are prompt to respond, professional and extremely helpful and supportive. The solution they "sold" me is amazing. If you need acoustic assistance for anything - contact Chris at Mandi Acoustics - no regrets here and I can sing their praises.
The non-service at Rain is legendary. I wrote a review a while back and they responded by saying someone would call me. Thank god I did not hold my breath. The connection problems are endless. I literally use all my airtime EVERY month calling for assistance. I even selected get them to call me back - still waiting. Would someone please assist me. My mobile number is 0683351073. If you are considering Rain please think again. Their service is DISMAL.
If I could give a minus million rating I would. Never had such bad service in my whole life. Been reporting issues for months and nothing changes. Left a review a while back that said they would respond. Bald faced lie - ended up spending souch money on air time at least 2 to 4 calls a week. Eventually was reassured that the matter was going to Advanced Troubleshooting who would calle. If I were holding my breath for that call I would be dead. Please don't waste your time. Call centre support is clueless So tired of hearing sorry for the inconvenience BUT my debit order still goes of every month. Save yourself huge frustration and costs - go with a better provider first time.
I am beyond exasperated by the lack of service from Rain. Our connection is simply dismal. Literally have issues everyday. Call centre agents are never in the know. Would appreciate a call from someone who can actually DO SOMETHING!
The service from Vumatel remains exceptional. Fast, efficient and reliable. Would recommend this company 100percent

Unfortunately I cannot give a minus rating or I would. I have had no internet today for the 8th day. I have been spending all of my money on air time trying to communicate with Vox to no avail. I work from home and this is absolutely unacceptable. My phone was ****** and I even tried to change my number so I could go onto the Vox portal on Monday. Just called now and it is still not changed!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE CALL TO THEM LEADS TO MAJOR FRUSTRATION. I have not yet had anyone actually assist me and it is 8 days later. My number they can contact me on - which I changed from my side but was not implemented on theirs - is 068 335 1703. I will be cancelling my service with them IF I AM ABLE TO ACTUALLY GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT VOX. Stay away anyone looking for an internet service provider - find another reputable company and save yourself a lot of frustration. Would someone from Voix please call me so I can have this issue fixed now. How sad that I need to resort to this to have a problem sorted after 8 days. Dismal company. Dismal service.
I have made use of FASTA Loans several times. They are actually amazing! BUT I have been trying to connect with someone there for 3 days now and their contact number does not work. I have logged support tickets - at least 6 and their promise is to have a response within 4 hours - I am still waiting. WOULD SOMEONE FROM FASTA CUSTOMER CARE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. 083 505 9211.

Wow a new low point. Eventually after a debacle received my router. Had service for 5 days and then spent the weekend without service. Checked in on the whatsapp line and apparently I had moved! Unlocked my sim only to be blocked again last night. Contacted Afrihost AGAIN this morning. Internet on for a short while and would you not know it. SIM BLOCKED AGAIN. HOW AM I TO WORK FROM HOME WITHOUT SERVICE. I HAVE NOT MOVED. CAN WE JUST GET IT RIGHT NOW PLEASE.
