I have not received my order. This is the second day waiting and still nothing. I had to cancel appointments in order to wait for a courier.
So I tried to cancel one of my contacts, which expired the 25th of May. The sales person or consultant basically forced me to move the contract to a month to month option, which according to her I can cancel anytime. She refused that I cancel the expired contract before changing it to the new option. I am not interested in any new contracts. This is basically bullying a customer into something you don't want.
Constantly being spammed with phone calls. Almost everyday. I am not interested in anything new.
So FNB deactivates/disables an account and refuses to activate it without a cash deposit at the ATM. There isn't a physical card, as my husband received and paid by EFT/transfers. We have no success with the online chats. The consultants refuses/aren't able to give another way to activate it... What does one do?
We have trying to get Sage Pastel to amend the debit order amount after cancelling the one add on module. It has been confirmed the add on module has been cancelled, but still the debit order has not been adjusted accordingly. We were over charged in March and April. After numerous correspondence with Sage Pastel no one can tell me if the debit order has been amended YET. The emails are just forwarded from one person to another. If the wrong amount gets deducted AGAIN I will be forced to reverse it. We have been OVER CHARGED FOR 2 MONTHS already.
We returned an order, a gift we bought for our son. Pieces of the item were missing. According to Takealot they won't refund us as a defective item needs to be returned within 7 days. Where is the 30 days hassle free return policy now? This was a Christmas gift that he only opened when he got back from his grandmother. After the assessment we have received no communication what will happen to the item. Will it be send back to us? Will they send us a replacement? What? Are they going to keep it? This is an absolute disgrace. You have to log the issue on the app and it takes them forever to get back to you.
So my husband got an email saying that R12k plus has been reserved for transaction reference "Facebk". He has reported it at the ***** department. How does a transaction that big get put through without App /OPT verification? The payment was not made by him. The bank's response is that he may or may not get refunded after investigation. This is unacceptable. Does dit mean you money is not safe? We want this issue to be resolved. I am diabetic and this is causing unnecessary stress on me.
I received multiple phone calls from Standard Bank. This is after I told them that I am not the person in question and that I have had my cellphone number for years. After numerous phone calls (after a Hellopeter review), they told me they will no longer contract me. I am still receiving phone calls. Some are 7 o clock in the morning. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATABASE. This is NOT acceptable. I don't want a phone call from Standard Bank to apologize, I just want them to NOT phone me.
After numerous calls I have told Standard Bank loan department they have the wrong number as I am not person in question. I have had my cell phone number for years. I asked them to take my number off their database and still I receive multiple calls per day. This borders on harassment. Aren't you suppose to RICA before a loan application? Please stop calling me.
