Bad service and management
Trade route mall McDonald's service is getting worse by day. My order was not complete, had to drive back to lenasia from lenasia south to rectify the mistake. The manager was not bothered . When I told them dat I was going to report them, they said I would not b the first one to do so. I must go elsewhere if I am not happy

I went to deposit money at the ATM in trade route, my money got retracted.went inside the bank to be assisted.i got assisted by a teller named arnita Zealand. From the start of our conversation she was rude, I asked her why is fighting . She said she was not, then I explained wat happened at the ATM. She wanted me to fill some form and I refused, told her to fill it herself an I will provide wit the info. Her response was "that's why I don't like serving ******s". Her statement infuriated me. I then requested to talk to her supervisor (Stephanie Hughes), on her arrival she did not want to listen to me instead she kept on re explaining the procedure. Security was called on me, as one of the peace force security was About to man handle. Sihle was called to assist. This just showed me that trade route standard bank is ******.

rude and bad service
were in a quee fir 20 minutes and a customer infront of me inquired why are we not being serve. As the cashier trying to explain, a guy at the back respondedin a rude manner. We request for the manager , Raymond responded again in vernecular, intructing jabu the manager and he "attender lento" meaning attend to this thing. The manager said nothing to raymond. Raymond still went on insulting the insulting the indian customer in vernecular

Bad service n rude stuff
I ordered a fold over meal with cappacino.on recieving my order I requested for white sugar.they said the don't have, I ask how n I don't use white sugar. One of the stuff member at the bad insulted me right infront of the manager(vuyo) n the manager said nothing. This is the worst McDonald's .

Bad service
I bought a pair of shoes, the delivered two different shoes in one box. We agreed on an exchange but now they only picking up the shoe n sending me the rite shoes when they receive the wrong one. My son has to be in Capetown with his shoe. Now only they telling abt company policies.

Unprofessional and poor workmanship
I went in at huawei repair center rosebank. For my p40 pro to be fixed, i was required to wait 2 hours. 3 hours later i returned for my phone and it was not fixed. The consultant promised that the phone will be fixed, i requested for the manager it took the manager 30 minutes to attand to me. When she came eventually came. She promised me quick fix to the problem. The branch as whole is unprofessional. This mean i am going to pay R 4206.50 for poor workmanship and a consultant that has a bad attitude.
