I bought a car beginning of September at Chery Rustenburg.the car did not have a tracking unit on it . I had to go look for someone to come install a tracker on it that’s when I found Cartrack (082 710 3401) I told this person that I want the R99 package and they refused saying it’s no longer available. I opted for what they offered which was R169 . I than googled and discovered that the 99 package is available and when I went back to the person to say why did you deceive me they told me stories saying I joined through a dealer which dealer when I am the one who approached them .Now all of a sudden the R99 package is available and in order for me to downgrade to it I have to pay R350 how when it’s not even my fault worse they don’t want to remove their devices on my car they want R3000 in order for them to remove them . So in other words Cartrack is only after peoples money and not service their attitude is on another level all they do is drag their feet but so quick to request payment The so called agreement says 169 but they are are debiting 189 I have proof to all that is was communicated
Sydney Sibiya from car service city in Rustenburg is a ***** he was supposed to fix damages caused on my car by them and now I am being told that my car is old and they need to get parts from a s****yard
On the 20th of August 2024 I went to Kia in Springs I wanted to trade in my car for a bigger one met a lady by the name of Thandeka who is assisting me . Whilst assisting me I was told they need to assess the car to check the value so this other guy whom I don’t know his name took the car and went to go assess it when he came back he asked me where did I buy my car and who assisted me I told him Hyundai springs and Boity assisted me. After an hour I get a text from Boity saying I should have came to her for advice and that what m trying to do won’t pass. Than now m confused because Thandeka is still assisting me is she doing this just to pass time than later on will tell me that it is failing and what happened to customer confidentiality why did the guy have to go tell Boity my business like which kindergarden is Kia running. I am really disappointed because now it means our information is just being shared around for what and why I don’t know. That time Thandeka has not responded she told me she is still busy but Boity already told me the outcome
Car service city ****med me close to 10k they claimed they fixed my car when in actual fact they didn’t worse part they damaged my car and now they are refusing to fix it .as for Lerato at their head office she doesn’t want to help each time I call her she tells me I must deal with the branch what is the use of having a head office when they cannot intervene when matters get out of hand
I took my car in to be checked at car service city Rustenburg on Monday I was informed that a diagnose is R640 but if I repair the car with them I won’t have to pay that money just the repair amount . The mechanic asked what’s wrong with my car and I told him the sensors have a fault and that is showing there is something wrong with my left front wheel and back right wheel . They told me to leave the car and should be done around 2 .Around 2 I called car service asking are they done and can they give me a quote the rude lady at reception said no we will call . No one ever called me at 5:15 I went there and the mechanic told me the very same thing I told him in the morning and said maybe I should change my sensors I told him I don’t work with a maybe solution I need a repot for what he is saying and he did not have one . I told the rude ladies at reception that I am not going to pay for the checking as there is no proof that that guy checked my car they refused with my car keys and told me they don’t have an electrician on site I asked how can you not have an electrician but there is a big board saying you do auto electrical She said that board is just there . I requested to speak to the manager and they refused up until I told them I am going to report them that’s when they called the manager and I spoke to him . The manager agreed that they are at fault and that I should leave my car and on Tuesday the 25 of June 2024 he will ask an electrician to come check the car and get me a proper report I waited the whole day again without a car .I called head office and they lady said the store is correct fine I finally got hold of the manager and he told me again the same issue I reported when I got to car service I asked for a solution and he said they will try to fix it I said ok Wednesday I got a call to say the car is not fine I need to replace the sensors but they cannot quote me because they are struggling to find parts of the ford fiesta okay I asked for a solution again the manager told me they will look for sensors and once they get them I will get a quote and if I approve I should bring in the car Okay I went to go fetch my car I arrived there at 17:00 the rude ladies as always were just sorted there busy with there on stuff car was ready and I needed to pay I asked the lady for my invoice and she said she is on it yet I had to 45 minutes for an invoice whilst waiting she assisted other customers so I don’t know if they were undermining me or what :I called the manager to inform him about what is happening after that it did’t even take that lady 2 minutes invoice was out I paid and left my car was so dirty it even had oil spots . Nothing was fixed and those things they said they tried to fix . To top it up all my nut lock is missing and my mirrors no longer fold when I lock my car meaning I now have to to pay someone again after paying R1500 for nothing at car service this is so unfair . Mechanics at Car service just guess and relay on what you tell them and don’t actually check the car
I bought parts to the value of R700 at Ford supreme auto Mafikeng . Unfortunately they were not correct and the ones I needed they did not have in stock. I asked for a refund on Tuesday 23rd of January 2024 I was told that I will receive my money after 2 working days today is Friday the 26 of January 2024 still I have not received my refund. When I call or go the the store they give me the run around .Today I spoke to Cherlin she said the amount will be processed but cannot even give me an estimate as to when will that be .I want my money Ford needs to pay me back. She even refused to give me the contact details of their head office
Burger King(Mafikeng) is a **** so I bought the extra long Chilli cheese meal which on the board says R78.99 but I had to pay R81.90 . When I asked the manager why I was told prices have changed and I told I should go complain so that Burger King can come and fix the prices on their display screens like is that even normal
I was ****med an amount of R2250 by an employee who goes by the name of Kamo Modikoe. He was supposed to assist me with clearing my credit record of which he later Confirmed that he is unable to do so and would refund me .but to date he has not refunded me and now he is ignoring my calls and messages

To whom it may concern yesterday i bought a triple decker at Debonairs in Mafikeng at the Crossing.Around 19:30.I made my purchase and asked for a meaty Cramdecker and I was told it is finished so I opted for the Triple decker and I was told they do not have meat .They only have chicken so I took that option afterwards I was told there is no Mushrooms and they put green peppers instead ok fine.After payment I did not receive my receipt. I had to ask the lady (Mmapula or Mapule )and she told me not to worry about it, According to my knowledge they call by number when order is ready so I sat there for a full 30 minutes waiting for my order .Until the chef asked me about my order and the lady said her computer cannot print .When I got home it was just a white disgusting pizza full of just peppers and sauce, no chicken, nothing .What a ******* of R200 a whole R200 for dough peppers and sauce no Debonairs is a **** and i am going to escalate this further. I will not let it go .
