I called the Kiosk in Industrial site Mafikeng and nobody answered. I just wanted to ask them to keep my parcel at the kiosk, I'll pick it up because it has the wrong address. I called, sent an email and messages on WhatsApp. No response yet.
Makro takes time to respond to emails. They have the wrong address on my order, so I sent an email asking them to fix it on their system. My order is supposed to be delivered today,but they haven't bothered to check my emails.
I ordered white sneakers and they sent blue ones. I have emailed them because I wanted to exchange, but now I want a refund and can't change it online. They are not responding to my emails.

My order was supposed to be delivered between the 9-16 Feb, but yesterday on the 16th when I tracked it, it said "delivery failed". They said that the address was not found. I don't understand why because I have been using the same address for the past 5 years and never encountered such an issue. I hope I'll get my order cause right now it doesn't look that way. After 2 weeks of waiting...
The debit order for December didn't go through, a couple of hours later I went onto the app and paid. I kept on getting messages from TymeBank about an unsuccessful debit order because they kept on trying to debit my account until the 4th of Jan. I spoke to a consultant and even sent an email with attached proof of payment. When I check my statements, they say I owe more than R400 instead of R199. They still want to to debit the money I have paid. I hate MTN.
I have been sending them emails about contacting me on my alternative number because the one on their system has issues. They reply late, but the response has nothing to do with my concern. I don't want to see my parcel being sent back, but the way they are doing things it will be returned.
They never respond to my emails. They are claiming that I didn't pay end of August and I paid and sent proof of payment. I have sent messages on WhatsApp as well, but they never respond. I'm not surprised by all the reviews I've seen.
I was given a bad attitude by Bonolo Letlakane at Boxer Mafikeng. Once you call me sesi with an attitude, it's the same as calling me a *****. That type of an attitude belongs to the streets.
This is the worst bank ever. The ***** department doesn't respond to emails. I reported unauthorized transactions on my account a few days ago, nobody has responded. Trashy bank
