A shop that I use to ❤️ I ordered a dining room table from Cielo in May. They delivered the table in August. It took three months as the item was out of stock. The table arrived in damaged packaging. The table was cracked, dented and scratched. I called and emailed. Send photos. I asked them for a store credit to replace the damaged item with another table in a similar price range, that is not on back order. They said they will send packaging to put the damaged item in. I waited for this for a week. Nothing arrived. Then today out of the blue someone collected the damaged table. They loaded the item without covering it, in a truck. The same woman I spoke to, explaining and emailing over and over last week, called today asking if I received the packaging. Packaging? Huh? The table has already been collected. She also mentioned that I had to wait for a replacement of the same table until October. But my emails and phone conversations with her clearly stated that I wanted another table that has a similar price range that is not on back order. To summarise: 3 months wait. Arrived damaged. Customer care calls a week later asking about packaging but the table was already collected. They placed it without any cover in a filthy truck. Then customer care lady tells me to wait until October for a replacement but I already gave her the exact name and measurements of another table that I wanted to replace the damaged one with, that is in the same price range and not on back order. It was like she didn't know what I was talking about. What is going on Cielo? All the money that you're making, maybe went to your heads. Filling it up so much that you're forgetting about your loyal clients.
I love the admin staff ☆☆☆☆. The overall experience, service and financial costs were good. Just a few things, that unfortunately ended in a visit at my local police station, to open a theft charge against Afriworld. Apart from this, my tv stand, chest of drawers and book case were badly damaged. I had to give them away, for free. I understood this, as damaged goods are understandable during relocations. What boggles my mind is that staff working at this company stole four of my paintings, as well as metal wall art, that was used at the entrance of my office. One of their staff members also opened one of my taped boxes and took my electric drill, leaving thr empty case that the drill was in. Ai man julle!

I ordered and paid for a hi'fi online. When it arrived the box was opened and damaged. The unit was okay. The remote was not included. I called the store - Carnaval Mall, where it came from. The staff were very rude - brinking on abusive. I sent three emails to customer care, asking for a possible way forward. No replies. I'm being ignored. I miss the good old days where hi'fi corp was a good company to buy from now. Nowadays, they are TiRed.
Transaction costs on my cheque account is increasing monthly. Without warning. Without explanation. If absa is doing this to me, they are doing it to other clients as well. I wonder how much profit they make from the billions they receive on a monthly basis - from all their client's accounts. Absa, please stop increasing monthly rates on accounts. We're doing you a favour by having accounts with you. It's not the other way around. I wonder which bank charges the lowest admin and transaction charges.
Don't ever buy a pentair dominator. No wonder they have to sell 'tune up kits' (that cost more than a regular kreepy) online. It is plastic. Seems likes it's made in China. Nothing in it is metal except the *****s and two springs. It doesn't last. Works for about 3 months. Then it slows down and all the parts break. Even the springs inside. Rip'off! Will take you more time to fix - than what you spend time inside the pool. Very expensive to buy as it looks 'fancy' but it's a cheap piece of plastic, with a few plastic parts inside, that doesn't last.
My four babies passed away at the age of 14 years. All within a month or two apart. I was devastated as they were my children. I was raised in an orphanage so my 4 yorkies were my family. To remember them by, I ordered and paid for 4 tags - December 2021. With the following inscriptions on the front and back: 7 April 2006 - 7 March 2021 Coco Goodnight baby girl. See you in the morning. I had a good life. Chester 14 August 2007 - 17 August 2021. If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. I comforted. Chase 14 August 2007 - 21 September 2021. Always at my side. Forever in my heart. I guarded. Cody 16 October 2006 - 29 July 2021. Where's the ball? Really mommy. Run and play baby. I was a friend. This was for the trees where I burried their remains. As it's been a couple of months, I inquired about my order. This the exact response that I received. I copied and pasted it here: "We can't follow up on an order with more than 6 months, also due to covid we no longer send orders to South Africa. we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
Very high interest rates, transaction, online and admin fees. Long waiting periods at bank. Takes monthly fees that weren't authorised. Systems often offline. Fingerprint identification not working. Teller staff - low energy and at times lazy to help. Stay away from Absa! Move your accounts to other banks.
Paid for an order from shein. Buffalo called and asked for money to deliver my package. After this they went silent. Buffalo stole the money that I paid into their bank account. International parcel Import taxes due. Buffalo Intl Logistics Nedbank Cheque acc 1204303851 Branch 198765. But this was not the end. Their staff then stole my shein package as well. How much money and parcels did you steal Buffalo? Do you realise that scams like this is punishable by law? I reported your company to an investigative officer at the SAPS.
I ordered and paid for a few items. 14 weeks later - no correspondence or items. Shein stole my money.
