Lack of service
It's been a week now and still no support from Playstation. No support for paying customers, can't ca them either. A big ass company that doesn't support customers. Why are people still supporting them?

No support from Playstation, time to get an xbox
My account was unfairly suspended and now the suspension is over and there's just no way to talk to someone to resolve the problem. They don't have support. It's all DIY and if your question isn't in the list, then tough, you're stuck. For a multi billion dollar company, I'm absolutely disgusted at their support.

Poor shipping and delivery service
Made my last purchase from Takealot. Deleting the app and never even recommending them to anyone. Delivery time is retarded. When I buy from other online shops delivery takes a day or two. Takealot takes two friggen weeks. Half the time the products aren't even what was advertised. Shamefully. I'm done

Frog foot taking payment without providing a service
My uncle had fibre paid for and installed oin the Lephalale area. Only once the installation was complete, they said there's they said there's a fault on the line. This was a week ago. When you call them and submit a reference number, they hang up. EVERY SINGLE TIME... The neighbors have a connection, but not us. Awful service provider this. Probably why they're so cheap. I'll warn people against them as far as I go

Manicaa.com lack of customer service
Im still struggling with these people. They contacted me to post a good review regarding my refunds. It took them 2 months to refund me a a lot of complaints. Im now still waiting on an order that was shipped mid August and still not getting any feedback from them when i query it. Two weeks ago they apparently looked into it and were supposed to get back to me with an answer. Still waiting.....

Don't trust the sweet talk from this company
Bunch of thieves these guys. They give good advice and tell you when to collect a profit. But they'll also keep on convincing you to deposit more. Once you stop depositing, their good advice stops too. Because of them I have nothing left. The value of my trades just kept going down when I didn't have more to deposit. They even told me to take out a home loan so I can deposit a couple hundred thousand more.... Dirty company this. Stay away!!!

Vodacom data problems
Lately I've been getting better weekly data deals but once I've used about 30% of the data it slows down dramatically. Almost unusable. Works fine with whatsapp but it takes forever to load(or not at all) on browser. Feeling ripped off here.... 5 and 6 gig deals that only really allow me to use 2bor 3 gig. Then I have to keep restarting my phone to connect again even though I have full signal on LTE... Gonna change network provider if this keeps up!
