Amazing sales experience
Great sales experience with amazing sales people who actually try to get you the best deal they can. Coming from another VW dealer that gave me such nonchalant energy and lackluster communication, the sales people at VW Alpine truly made me feel valuable to them. 10/10 experience and would recommend any day.

Less than poor sales experience
I have never met a car dealer so interested in selling cars. I reached out and had a trade in to offer which there was hesitation to giving me a good offer (which is fine). I requested the best offer and was willing to pay full listing price for their car and I have had continuously reach out for responses over a week. I like the salesperson but the sales manager seems to be a problem but either way I have had such a poor experience compared to the alternate dealer I settled with that was willing to actually engage and make a deal.

Scratch and dent claim nightmare
Submitted a claim for my A&G scratch and dent cover in late December 2023. I do not get contacted ever, I have had to follow up myself on a weekly basis and they never read their emails. I had to call and get them to open an email sent to them twice and instantly had my claim approved. Since being approved over 2 weeks ago, I have not been paid out and I am unable to get them on the phone unless I am expected to hold a call for an hour daily. The car insurance cover is decent if a bit pricy but I would NOT RECOMMEND THE VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS since it's a completely different department that act with no urgency.

*****ilent account was opened in my name which I am being debit for. MTN requested 21 working days to investigate. That time has come and gone and I get no response to my emails and the phone lines cut every time I am transferred to the ***** department.

A *****ilent account was opened in my name. Vodacom ***** department requested 14 working days to investigate. It's been a over a month and my emails are unanswered and cannot find a way to contact them over the phone. All while I have been debited for 2 months.
