Used to like the fact that you could play with tokens at the suncoast branch and now that they upgraded to the carded system it's absolute **** the prices have sky rocketed from 6 tokens for the claw machine its now 12 tokens, all cheap china mall prizes and getting parents to spend so much more money as all the games had a 100% increase on them the token functionality was working so don't see the need for the upgrade apart from ****ming parents to spend more money over the festive period
Mirinda Bloem was extremely phenomenal in her customer service, going the extra mile to explain and ensure the process was fully understandable and covered a lot of questions that i had, she is absolutely brilliant at what she does if it wasn't for her i am not sure where i would have been right now. She has given me solid advice and direction on voluntary sequestration and has been always checking up on me throughout the process, she has helped me turn my life around and get back on a good standing. Received a call from Daniel to tell me congratulations he can offer me life cover, when I informed him i just started my shift and asked him to call me on my lunch to discuss further he dropped the call on my whilst i was speaking to him. Very rude and unruly behavior. I decided to get through to my bank and took out a cover through them because of the rude and obnoxious behavior of the staff
I used to order from them quite a lot last year and order was delivered within 2 days. This time i ordered on the 29th and payment went through and they are delaying my order and keep saying 7 days no complaint line or phone number only WhatsApp and the person manning the communication has zero customer service skills and they don't send update emails like they did last year. Stay away very poor customer handling, absolutely appalling.
Don't deserve any stars, the sales person and manager was all nice when setting up the policy for my mum with 2 cars and household and content, the sales guy was like everything is covered there's no need to pay any excess anything part of your building is covered including damage due to loadshedding, put a claim through as our automated gate stopped working, assesor came over assessed said a new motor was needed outsurance then says no loadshedding is act of god they only cover R4000 but at the time of sale the manager and the sales agent said everything is covered you don't need to stress any problem we will come and replace it for you no stress. They will say anything to get the sale and look for every loophole not to assist you when in need stay away from them big name with no customer interest they used to be the best since they grew big they stopped caring about their customers. Does not pay when it comes to claims avoid like a plague
The parcel was out for deliver on the 4/5/2023 driver did not show up and then updates that there was no contact and unavailable at home address when i was at home all day waiting for them to show up. I called the contact centre spent hours on the phone wasted over R150 in airtime and the call dropped and they did not call me back. The package is out for delivery again today as per the tracking app online and the driver has still not made contact with me at all.
Worst experience ever ****mers, they said me to deposit to get my withdrawal released by finance did that, then went back to follow up on my withdrawal tomas came on chat made me a **** saying i reversed the withdrawal then miraculously apologized and said he made a mistake there is a note from Finance that i need to deposit 120 again to clear the funds checked back and now they have no idea what's going on and they keep giving a run around stay away rather play hollywoodbets or worldsports betting or better yet visit a casino. ****mers only take your money but don't pay out keep away from Zar
Worst casino ever, when it came to withdrawal they keep giving excuses they say 48 hours for finance team, then they tell you you need to make a deposit so they can verify your account that the bank is yours then its been over 2 weeks and the withdrawal still pending and excuses upon excuses don't like to pay out stay away and avoid like the plague cs advisors are absolutely usesless always giving the same canned responses. A bunch of crooks worst casino ever. I would never play with them again. No one gets back to you.
Cancelled our flights after flying my sister and I to capetown on the 3rd of July and we had a return flight booked to Durban on the 9th July and they sent us an email in the middle of the week leaving us stranded. Called the flight centre who only says I am sorry I am only working behind the desk it is not our error it is Comairs problem to email cr@comair.co.za and till date no response refused to give a refund on the flight and point blank refused to assist us at all really disgusting customer services for such a large airline company bunch of crooks stating refund takes up to 6 weeks as there are a lot of customers calling in and I had to go ahead and take a loan to book a flight with another airline to get back to Durban on the 12th July which has left out of pocket by R5000 due to the incompetence of British Airways powered by Comair never ever flying with this ****py airline again they are useless and have no customer service skills they should just shut down operations all together bunch of crooks.
