bad service
hi sincetis company made me cancel my insurance now i am not insured cause no 1 is calling me back to fix my bank account details its been a month whats is happening no1 calling me back its december i need insurance i regret cancelling my plicu for you guys , no1 has even sent me my policy documents

I went to Pep home Eastrand mall TO RETURN A phone since its not working and still under warranty, when it was taken for repairs wich took 3weeks plus, they could not fix the cell for me. they gave me new cell , on top cell was not working also same problem, when i took it back thee are problems with my refund i went there for nothing waisted my time and petrol and i told them i ned my cell im going away today now im told i need to come in again so they can call customer service , thats an internal problem why they cant call when im not there ? y must i waiste my time again to go there stand long to find out problem is not resolve this is an internal issue

I have been waiting for my order since the 28th March they keep saying they failed to contact me but no calls received , the whatsapp platform is worse they take long to respond 40min after each massage I need my parcel asap now I even gave them , 2 contact numbers why i don't get calls from any of the drivers,worse service ever tracking no 23000152001291252

delayed order
bad experience drivers **** numerous times that they went to the c omplex and i donr leave there bare in mind i ordered these things on time and they still not delivered i have to wit for them as they are for our Christmas party at work , still when i call today they tell me my order is ot yet getting delivered , i did give alternative number yesterdy on the whatsapp platform still the number was not called , im very dissapointed at the service i need a solution as those are peoples gifts i ordered and i need them asap114723277 and 114729075

while in hospital they still dont want to authorise for me instead im told about investigations regarding my issue , i never came to hospital for pregnancy but for uterine bleeding so now at hospital they refusing to touch me while im bleeding to death cause we have to wait for stupid authorisations, what nonsense is this ,never knew joining fedhealth would humiliate me like this i need to be treated asap today i was given case number Please find Query ID Generated - 101023QVZ3HP related to Member - 82400853992.how do i solve this whilst in hospital.

i have ordered staff for my wedding tommorow i was told i will be getting my staff by Monday i then called and was told i will get it tuesaday the swrvice is so bad on top the Tracking company you use keeps dropping my calls , i could not leave yesterday as i was waiting for my jewelery wich is for me and my brides mate this is a matter of urgency ,i will never buy online at Lovisa again i am beyond angry with the service as i always have to call for updates , i just need my money back today so i can go else where to get jewelery , trackin number OF****5841777

No internet
I have been calling cause I hot no internet for past 48hours, whatsapp agents never get back to me remember I have to work at home now I'm unable to do so have to travel over 80kl to get to work cause I got no internet service how come as I paid it's a month to month lte package really no one has gotten back to me, service is so bad wish to cancel I cannot be struggling so much while I'm a loyal client I need assistance asap, I need to know why my service has ko internet if there is a power failure why is it not communicated
