Bad Service
I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the service i have been receiving from MTN Cellphone insurance (admyntec). I put a claim on the 3rd of April 2023 and i submitted all the required information and paid access for my claim. Today is the 13th of April and i still don't know as to when am going to get my new device

I want my money
I bought a new car January and with my old car I was using cartrack then I decided to inform them that the car was trade in so I need to cancel, I was told that I need to pay 790 cancelation fee. I did mention to the consultant that i don't have that kind of money but I can make arrangements by paying 200 per month to my surprise last month they debited 763 the I reverse because that was not our agreement and they also did for the month of March. Can they reverse it and I am not happy a d did not budget for it 😡😡😡

ATTITUDE
Bad service ever Mr price Home Horison view 😡went to the store on the 22 October 2022 in the morning for exchange i was not assisted they were claiming that the system was down and they were busy with back chats. I ended at Westgate were I was welcomed and assisted with a smile all thanks to Mr price Home Wesgate

i bought a pair of Timberland Nellie Chukka Double on the 1st of October at Timberland carlton centre. i only wore it twice and the condition changed i am not happy

Complain
Waitress was point, however the food was not nice, we asked for fried fish n we got grill fish and it was not nice. Reported the matter to the manager however it was waste of time. Oooh because he's white and we are black. We always eat at Cafe Rousse but today was the worst day, we regret 😡

I am not happy with the level of their service, 2 weeks back I tried to cancel my contract with Nepstar and did not win as they were giving me a run around and they promised to call me till to date I haven't received any call.

Good day I would like to express my disappointment with one of the DSV Logistics drivers his name is Shumani Singo. I am very disgusted with the manner he c himself when he delivered my cell phone. He was impatient irrogant rude and desrespectfully towards me.
