My network went down late after hours I called and to my amazement someone picked up my call and they scheduled for a technician who came and resolved it and they were busy updating me all the time, and after it was fixed a get a call to check if all is well, what a service big up to Ashwin. Is the little things that matters, I don't regret this ISP
Please run away from this company, all they want is your money once you pay you will never get hold of them. They dont even communicate with you, the so called legal admin Mogale Miriri, Katlego is the worse of them all. If i had an option to rate minus 1 million i would do it. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO CLEAR DEBT REVIEW. When they still in the process of getting you on board they will make you feel like you are special, until you pay them. Dont fall for this, i fell and neglected the reviews here now my money is gone. 🤬 ****mers.

I am very angry at how you handle your customers, you dont even respond to emails and queries, nor do you pick up your phone. We bought a washing machine online and now that you took the money you dont bother delivering what belongs to us, you made us seat the whole day Saturday and saying you coming but never showed up nor update us, please refund my money if you dont want to deliver. Afcho am so disappointed at how you treat your customers. My lease expired today 28 February 2023 when I came back from work yesterday you guys sent me a letter informing I should vacate your apartment at South Hills Lifestyle, I was shocked as I was under the impression that am not supposed to sleep here tomorrow as I had made arrangements at work that I take a day off one the 1st of March as I work far And I made so many calls to building manager who was not available and left countless messages . Today I called your call center a guy who I forgot his picked it up and I explained tje situation that it will not be possible for me to move at 12 noon as I work far and I didn't have a day of today, your agent was very rude to like I have not been your customer for the past year and months, even after explaining that if am required to pay for today and tomorrow I will pay but he shut me down like I am thief here and I asked to speak with someone higher than him, he boldly says" you have no one is only me and am telling you what it is" okay, I left work without leave which is not good on my side, I drove like a mad person just to make it before 12 so I don't find my furniture outside, I arrived around past 10, I packed everything and cleaned now the last thing is for you guys to do an inspection, I have been seating since 12 noon and no one is coming my transportation is coming now as I type this message, how do you expect me to move out without you guys doing an inspection so I can get my deposit back as I need to agree with whoever is coming, no one is here I went to the gate to look for your building manager and I was told he is at home, IA asked for someone to assist I was given a number where I called 5 times and left messages and to no avail now the guy says I must wait until 16:00 why were you rushing me to come back and pack if you were not going to facilitate my moving out. Ow lastly to everyone looking to stay here is a a review, late last year my blankets were stolen outside where we hang them and I reported the matter I was told it happenes a lot there is nothing we can do.
Good day, I am writing this review to express my disappointment at how I was handled at FNB at Voortrekker Road, Alberton, 1449. My wife did a deposit and the ATM just after entering the money throw errors and took the money, we waited for a long time hoping it will come back but it didn't, we reported the issue and one of the consultant helped us to complete a form and to our amazement it was declined without a reason, we went there to get assistance, we waited hours to be exact 3 hours just to be told that on the form we didn't fill where it says " we must complete where it says additional comments". The manager was very rude to us and didn't help but to add more frustration to us, the consultant was very helpful but she was limited as she waited for a manager to assist. To sum it up the manager said to us " The bank is in the business of ensuring they don't lose money" this is painful as it seems like she doesn't not care about her customers and to rub salt on the wound, I met about 3 people from yesterday who were crying about the same thing some ended up leaving without assistance, this seem like a good day in office. My advice try not to use those ATM to deposit otherwise you will lose your money and not get it.
