I am having the worst experience with Supersonic. If you want to change service providers do not consider Supersonic, you will regret it. I have been experiencing connectivity issues since Aug 2025. I am constantly calling Supersonic to fix the issue, every time they would say they can see the issue and will send a technician. I would sit without data waiting for the technician, 2 days later when I call to enquire as to when will the technician come, they say they have cancelled the ticket because I have data. They have been doing this till today. That time no one phoned to check on me, they just cancel the ticket. I am always buying data from another service provider to connect using my cellphone. However; every month without fail they debit my account. So I am paying for data that I can't use and buy from another service provider to use on my phone. The sad part is 90% of the time I work from home. I ended up cancelling their services in Sep which they told be I must serve a month's notice which I did in Oct. Around the 20th Oct I get a call from their customer retention agent trying to convince me to stay, I said no. He then says they will charge me R2500 for cancellation. When I ask him what is it for because I have been with Supersonic since Jan 2023. He says it's an instruction from the accounts department. I have been calling them almost everyday to resolve this but the consultants keep saying they have escalated the query. On 1st Nov they debited my account with R2500. To this day I am still fighting to get my money back.
I am so happy with the service. Brian is so kind and patient and sets aside time to discuss customer logistics needs. This is the second time I used them. They are so professional and punctual. I have never worked with such a punctual logistics company in my life. Keep up the good work.
I had best service with Harcourts Rhino selling and buying a house. Everything was smooth with both transactions. I am so happy with the service from Mondo, they are so friendly and always there to assist. They do not only sell you a product and leave you like that. They continuously care.
I joined First Loyalty Plus beginning of Dec 2021, signed by a lady called Nereshni. At the end of Dec, I sent an email to the company email address to cancel as I no longer required the service. I also sent Nereshni a WhatsApp message to alert her of my cancellation. I did not receive any response on my email or WhatsApp message. My message was read (blue ticked) with no response. In Jan 2022 there was no debit on my account and no communication from the company or Nereshnie. Then on 01 Feb, my account was debited. I sent an email, sent the lady a WhatsApp, still, nothing got blue ticked. I phoned the call center they said they will make sure the account is canceled but on 26 Feb my account was debited again. I am very disappointed that a company can enjoy taking people's money and not care like this. Every time when I send the lady a WhatsApp she just blue-ticks me but when she was cold calling me, she was forever calling me and told me how she works closely with her clients but after I signed up it was no longer the case. I had to go to the bank to stop these debits as they were not going to stop.
Excellent service, hence I renewed my contract when it expired. The lady who phoned me was friendly and it was an easy quick renewal. I am very happy and recommend Mondo to everyone.
