I am highly disappointed with trying to get my refund from FNB. They are blaming Visa and saying need to send more and more proof. It's been more than a month that I have been charged for services I have not received for something I canceled last year already. I need that money urgently and I am tired of being sent from pillar to post. Give me my money back visa, I am tired of this nonsense!
I am not happy with the call center and how they are handling my card dispute since 5/02/2026. I am being sent from pillar to post just to get my own money back. It is a shame. I use my minutes on calls that lead no where. Here is my reference number 20260211_111006332 . Sort it out!

For more than a year I have called and emailed to cancel this and I keep getting told it will be canceled but still get daily debit orders on the bank account linked to it and now I am always in the red with the bank due to insufficient funds and returned debit order fees. I want this canceled immediately and also reimburse me for all the debit order declined fees. It's ridiculous I spoke to an agent not so long ago to confirm the cancellation and it was confirmed. I made withdrawals two days ago and have contacted their agents and was told three different stories. They kept promising that it will be paid soon, it's being processed, and the best one it was paid, but nothing was received. Now they want bank statements but my bank statements is not available as yet. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time and no one at Betway seems to care.

I am sick and tired of Vodacom not following their processes. I made eft payments on my account and the departments never communicated with each other and then just cut my line after many many times I told them I paid. I sent them my pop and received an email from their pnr department to confirm my account is up to date and will only be debited end of April. Come end of April, they do not debit and instead they kept sending me emails to say I am in arrears. I have called and have an extensive email trail to back up everything. The more I email and CC their pnr and pop departments, the less they seem to understand. I am now only owing for the month of April which they have not debited. Now my credit is in jeopardy due to their own mistakes. I have proof of everything and think this is ridiculous. This should be sorted ASAP.
This bank is a scam, full of scammers working for them! The only little money I had, was stolen from my account in such great succession that it couldn't be stopped in time. I immediately logged a query to their fraud department and a week later they call me and tell me it was my fault for giving the OTP to fraudsters and the bank wont give my money back! How ridiculous is that. They have no option to reverse any transactions on their app and they dont assist at all! They are not even worth being called a bank. I hope someone from the Tyme waste comes back to me with my money. And I know it has been happening to plenty of customers, so they should beware!
No one contacts me, I need the money to be released that I have been approved for. I need to claim my credit life cover, just auto emails all the time. I dont habe food, dont have money and soon no electricity. Two matriculants in my home that I cant provide for. No help from FNB. Ridiculous waste of time. Thanks for nothing FNB
