I have received a good customer service from enquiry to accepting the quote
So disappointed with the level of service received from Moria Toyota kempton park! I had booked my car for inspection on the 31st December 2025 due to the passenger window motor issue and the broken handle . On the 12 I was informed that the handle has arrived “just to find out that it was only the incorrect part. I have wasted so much time going forth and backwards due to this incompetence unprofessional service which now affects my work schedule. On the 22 Jan they sent some guy to my work place to fit the new part in which it was also the incorrect part! I actually don’t know as to why Motus kempton park did not fully examine the broken part on the 31 st December! Worst case is I have been contacting the dealership with no luck of assistance!
I had initially requested to meet with an agent from Real estate services “Johannes Mmethi to view an apartment for renting at Esther park . We agreed to meet at 10:30 , the guy did not come . I have been phoning with no luck n he only returned to me at 11:00 with an annoyed tone .
Dog box Kempton park by monument road ! Very rude staff!!! The supervisor insults and argues with the customers at the shop. She is very extremely rude with her make up ! It is very unprofessional and unpleasant liquor store to visit which sells expired liquor! Health inspectors should visit the store to stop the selling of expired alcohol which puts people life at risk. So disgusting with that supervisor attitude who swears at staff an customers!
Mr Price 360 degrees protection plan claim customer service is bad . I am still in process of waiting update regarding the claim I processed a week ago . When I follow up via phone I was informed that no supporting documentation was provided. On online claim , the system won’t allow a customer to proceed with the claim if missing information is missing. I have been phoning for updates with no luck !!! Once this matter is settled I will cancel my Mr Price account and take better plans with banks that can provide better service. Very bad customer service when in need
I canceled my contract 3 months ago with Rain due to bad network coverage. Today Rain debited my account R4000.00 whereby their services were less than R600.00 They actually *****ed my Standard bank account without my approval! Contract canceled months ago! People watch out for this *****ulent activities which we think I only done by ******s or *****sters ! Be careful on which institution you share your banking details with!
Bought a ticket to durban from Midrand with Eldo coaches. Bus arrived after 30 minutes at Midrand . Bus is so dirty inside with a sewerage smell. This is unbearable and can cause us to get sick !!! As it's not hygienic! Ridiculous service for 1 to pay for such standard! City to city is much better!!!! People need to stay away from this Eldo couches sewerage buses . I have 8 hours drive to durban with them in this kind of unbearable unhealthy bus!
Worst bank ever! I had a VAF account with Standardbank, car was a write off and my insurance settled...few days after the POP was shared to VAF ,They still went through my account to deduct my savings funds ! Calls are being redirected from VAF to insurance and to settlement department. This service is kak to an extent whereby no one assist nor acknowledge mails!!!
On Sunday I was so sick, had to call emergency care service to help me out as I had short breath, I have given the emergency call center service my Discovery membership number to enable them to transfer me to network . On my request I made if clear that I'm on network hospital offer and can I be taken to Waterfall hospital, they took me to Unitas hospital which is not covered on my plan. I had paid out R688,40 at Unitas as this is not on my network. The rudeness of the netcare paramedic was bad, imagine this was my first time being in emergency and as well seeking medical assistance. I now understand why people when they are sick they rather die in their homes . The paramedic inserted the drip incorrectly and when I asked she was so rude and arrogant that I even asked the other male paramedic to assist in taking it out on my left arm, which left pains and bruises . Someone has to be responsible for all this bad service and monies involved. Discovery rejected my claim , I had nothing to do with Netcare transferring me to Unitas hospital!
