Poor Refund Process , The process is not efficient and it has been months and I have still not received my refund. I submitted what was required in the start of July and was told to expect a refund in October , we are in November and still nothing.
On the 12th April my business had a mechanical breakdown and I needed a tow , I contacted Miway insurance and they were very slow with assisting , in the end they did not land up sending me any quotes after I had sent them a number of whatsapp messages ,I was told that I can get a third party to assist and then submit the claim. I then proceeded to do that and submitted the claim , it has been longer than 72hours and no one from miway has come back on the claim.
I had called in for a booking , the level of ****** and ************** I was met with is actually unbelievable. The lady who assisted on the call thought being ****** was funny and she enjoyed giggling on the other side of the call.
Good Day , I have been waiting for an original Ford Ecosport 2021 headlamp for the last 6 months . Ford claim they have been unable to source this part . I would not recommend purchasing this car as they have issues with supply of parts .
Good Day , hope that you are well. I would not suggesting using Car Track for your commercial needs . The after service is appalling, my unit has stopped working and they can only offer a technician to repair it in two weeks time . This is a massive risk to the business and may result in huge financial loss .
I have truly never experienced such low level of service . I had first initially complained about paying for 100mbps line and only receiving 1 mbps speed in the morning and between 4pm to 9pm every single day . This was logged on the 23rd January , after not having any success in rectifying this , I was advised to upgrade my line . I then went and upgraded the line to a 1gbps download , this was done on the 25th of January . Till today this line has not been upgraded and the speed has been absolutely unusable. I’ve honestly given up and I would appreciate recommendations of a better ISP .
The fibre line network is always bad , you will pay for a 100mbps line but you’ll get 5mbps download and 103mbps upload . The network is bad 4 out of 7 days a week. The fees are extremely expensive.

I placed an order for delivery on the 24th March , the delivery was meant to happen on the 4th April .The delivery company then changed the date to the 8th April and now again changed the date to 11th April . This is the most ridiculous service . I actually just want to return the items and want a refund . I do not recommend using Mr Price Home online service and delivery .
