Why do we always have to complain with the bank ?? I am having double transaction on my transactions while I used the card once , or are you guys trying to reap of our hard earned money .. you’re really in inconvenience 😡😡😡😡 can I have my full refund and last time I had stopped the overdraft but why is it still successful
I have a problem of hidden fees , i had money on my savings account and added it on my main account to withdrew it , i wanted to take out R500 but ended up getting R300 and i am not sure of how we get to that amount of money .
I don’t understand why they don’t return our hold up fees , like a person requests today and cancels the trip so the money is difficult to return back in my acc the same day ?? It says fees are hold up and will return in several days but now it’s been weeks .. we don’t even get enough details to complain on your support team 👎👎
i dont know when one cancels the trip and reverse back their money , it used to give us back our money within no time now i havent got back my money and i cannot see the option to lodge the complain on your app , i need my money back .. how do you expect us to request another trip while you withheld our money , i have two pending payments you withheld .. This is frustrating.

I requested for a wait and save trip for a reason due to not having enough money, tell me why they double charged the trip because it was a card payment… you reap of people especially the card payment where I was having a discount, but it didn’t apply , your service is bad sham 👎👎👎
How I wish I checked reviews before signing with yall , very bad experience with its only few months but the worst . I was signed for botsotso what ever anc claimed it’s affordable tell me how did I get the price 🤯😠.. your website is not updated for payments and now one has to suffer for that . You disconnected my service and reconnected without my knowledge now I have to pay reconnection fee .. I mean how did we go from R150 to R1000 now .. you you’re a bad service
Your Service is the worst trust me , how does one receive an email saying the package is out on delivery and says successfully delivered where one did not receive their order , i have been using my airtime to call and still no assistance , sending emails still no assistance ... I WANT MY ODER!!

Sheet street opposite Carlton centre, I went there yesterday 10 June 2024 and got there at 16:45 it was still open but today at 16:30 the door was already closed and I asked the staff that are they closed yet , said yes so I am so confused at their time to close because it is an inconvenience you go there rushing before closing time but they decided to change their times .. really disappointed
