This company calls my work place on a daily basis from morning to evening.. please stop calling me period!!! I’ll report your ********* practices. I do not know you nor want to even know what you all about I don’t care.. just stop calling me
Received constant phone calls at work and private matters discussed with my colleagues. I do not owe anything to Nimble. Stop calling me nor my work or I will report you for harassment and abuse of practice to the authorities.
I receive more than 10 calls in the day from this company , if not my phone it will be work line. I called their 031 number and told them to stop harassing me when I’m busy working, their are violating my rights now even if they represent a company, surely even the company they claim to represent wouldn’t violate me like this. Stop calling me period!!!if it is listing, Ltd fine but stop calling me I’m tired of you guys!!!
I receive 7-10 calls a day from this company: 082-251-8850.. I’m sick and tired of this and the violation of my consumer rights. Will be reporting this to the CFDC
I received a message from Rheina Molota saying thank you for making payment arrangements.. who did she make arrangements with?. I do not understand nor appreciate such and is in violation of my rights as a consumer.
I have been receiving calls and messages from this company saying my vehicle finance with absa is in arrears. My account with ABSA is in good standing, please check with ABSA VAF, and not send me any messages or call me again. I just called your office now over 8min holding the line for someone to answer and no one to pick up. Please don’t violate our rights as consumers. Deal with your client which is absa and I should not receive any messages nor phone calls from you further.
I am writing a review for the second time regarding poor management of a student loan application of Olothando Mtshixa. He went to Enqcobo branch with his surety and Application was approved but couldn’t do/Change currency. They went to East London and when the consultants from East London are communicating with the Enqcobo branch consultants, they say it’s not approved because “the surety doesn’t bank with Standard Bank”. What kind of protocol is that?. Can this be sorted because the student is being frustrated now.
I am an Agent for Racus , an agency that serves to assist students get admission at Russian Universities. There is a student Olothando Mtshixa who qualified for a student loan for payment for his tuition and other expenses, however the Standard Bank branch at Ngcobo has been sending him from pillar to Post. I even spoke to the consultant stating even my own brother used Standard Bank in 2016 to go study in Russia . Now this student is being delayed for payment of tuitions because a consultant at Ngcobo doesn’t even know about the products of the bank they are offering to the people. “We still investigating “, instead of calling head office to verify if clarifications are needed. But the attitude and poor communication is delaying the process of this young man realising his dream. He comes to the bank with his surety for the second time with no assistance.
I bought food at Fishawys Park station Johannesburg today: Order 18. I am very very angry that they gave me cold, spoiled smelly sticky rice. The fish and the chips were fine. This is really really bad service.
Since Thursday I do not have internet after I have done a moving address request. Sent everything they requested and every time I call customer service and technical support I am told operations needs to finalise everything. Like what’s there to finalise that it can take more than 72 hours. Days have passed without having internet and they won’t credit those days back so please I need someone to sort out this matter ASAP. This is starting to be ridiculous. I’m not happy at all.
