Usually very happy to shop at Checkers Kolonnade. But on Sunday 01 February 2026 I was not happy with service received from packers at till point and when I showed them I have a tight to have my groceries packed by a Checkers employee they discussed me thinking I do not understand the African language they spoke People especially when you work with the public directly must stop assuming a person does not know any African language because of their skin colour and the language they speak at the time. Strangely it was not busy at the time yet others could look at us having to pack our groceries ourselves, resting on their arms with buns in the air.
OR Tambo housekeeping can you please pay attention to the filty toilets. They look clean on the seat but the toilet boil under the seat is reeked with urine. The smell is overpowering one is scared to even sit on it. I developed an itch after using the toilets it can literally cause a person to get a UTI. Does the cleaning staff know how to clean a toilet and does the supervisor even checks if it is done properly or does anyone even care. This is the first contact into South Africa from abroad. Does nobody have any pride. And this has been like this for the past few years I have been travelling on domestic flights it's a shame for such a beautiful airport.

Can Checkers please reset the functionality of the App the way it used to be. The last few times I never received my orders, due to a mix up from their side. The new system is not working. I am no longer placing orders on the App.
Matrix does not even deserve one star. I received such dishonest service from them, deducting money from my bank account and I am driving around with a dead tracking device for years, not knowing and they never bothered to even notify me to have my tracking device checked. Now they are harassing me for money that they did not render any service for. I keep telling them to stop harassing me, that I will report them to the ombudsman man, well they keep pushing me. I will go ahead and report them.
Very disappointed with Makro online ordering. I am now waiting over two weeks for a refund due to an item that is out of stock. It was my first time to try the Makro online ordering and will be my last. I didn't expect such poor service from Makro. I am still waiting for my refund they keep extending the time frame as to when they are going to refund it. I also had to phone to follow up on when one of the other items will be delivered after numerous email communications with no avail.
