The Lewis Krugersdorp accounts department keeps calling me multiple times a day, being rude, and threatening to come collect my goods even after I explained I have a medical emergency with my child in hospital need to pay co_pament This is harassment and *******. I am requesting immediate stop to all threats and calls, and that they arrange proper collection so I can close the account legally.
The service is really dissapointing. You come with an ambulance as an emergency your left to sit by room 1 were the is no one to assist waiting for ova 2 hrs no assitance.our government is really failling us..on top of that how does a hospital hv short staff bt staff busy walking around
Ive has the worst service evr at Kfc.were by the meat was off ,then wen i placed order through the manager b4 mr D the order is fresh and well.done. This has happend mant time even yester my order was a diaster,and i lost somuch money on the orders ive thrown away some store would tell me sorry for the incovience.and forgetting that off meat may course food poison. Im really dissapoint with the service that ive reached from kfc and ive been a loyal customer for years.when u buy directly at the store the order is great order via mr d total disspoint all the money down the drain

Why is claims process like this. Whats the point of paying for insurance them when you you are sent from pillar to post. All required document sent but claim not finalised

GOOD DAY early this year i called the call center advising that we have a power issue we did not have electricity main box had exploded for month. i called and asked wat should i do ? do i still pay dstv or can you pause untill they sort out the problem. they lady i spoke advised that they will pause and i mst pay R108 den once everything is back to normal i mst pay and call in and then they will re connect me. 2 months ago i paid 650 and called in ,to find that i cant be reconnect because i have a clow back and apparently i canceled wen paying the 108. i was given wrong advise,now i had to do a payment arrangement to get my services re activate and that 650 accumalated to my clow back. why was i given wrong advise and why should i suffer and yet again i opted for debit order but still dstv does not action the request den ull disconnect my services. are we treated like this because we are old or because we dont understand your systems. im a pensioner i dont get paid much but now i have to take half of my salary and pay because of a consultant who culdnt do her job ryt and advise me write. i cant afford to pay the clow back and if i was advised ryt i would have still continued paying with out viewing. please do something about my account. its not my fault my id is 6212121048081 0643255093 i need urgent feedack
