Order# 2024710553 I am not happy with your deliveries. I specifically called in on Wednesday, March 11th, to have my delivery on Monday, March 16th, because I would not be available other days. Now I took leave from work to accept the delivery, and I am told that the delivery came on the 11th, which was Wednesday, and the items were lost or something. I did not even receive a call. Now they are saying they do not know when they will deliver next, and I should wait for a call.
I had a bad service with Auto Pedigress Polokwane, I took my car for petrol pump issue, the first time I got it back I got stuck within a week because apparently the wiring issue and I had to tow it back there. Now that is I got it back my towing hook is missing and I am told it was never there.
Is been almost 2 weeks after summiting application and paid R250 I submitted my RICA documents using the link last week. I also spoke to an agent via chat, who asked me to send the documents again, which I did. I then called on Friday and was told that the RICA process would be completed by Monday. I’m now confused because I keep receiving the same feedback every time I follow up. I asked them to cancel my order and now the refund process is a hustle
I have been with them for more than 2 years, and they made it so difficult to reach customer service; when you finally do, they schedule an appointment instead of assisting, and they never honor the appointment. When you call again after spending another hour for the available consultant, they reschedule the appointment again!
Cartrack Polokwane technician ruined my car. after the installation, my car's reverse sensors are no longer working I contacted the technician and he asked to call me back in an hour and a week later he never called back. I then contacted the helpline then the ticket was created and a week later no communication. There were so quick to get me the contract and installation but I am left with a s**** which they are not willing to help after they destroyed my car wiring.
Worst experience!!! I opened a contract deal with them on the 17th Jan 2022 for MTN unlimited router and sim card and the wrong package was delivered. I then contacted them for cancellation on the 23rd of Jan 2022 and the contract cancellation was submitted, but I get calls from lawyers that I owe MTN because I am not paying and when I call Mondo they keep saying it is submitted and now its been 6 months.
Worst service ever, my parcel arrived in my area and I have 4 days calling and asking why is not going out for delivery and they keep saying they are forgetting to scan it Businesses like this should be closed!!!!
Worst service ever. My parcel was at 10 pm. What a weird company!!!
