As a tenant in Protea Glen Manor, it's really appalling to see how us as tenants are being unfairly treated whilst we are paying for the rental and rates which includes water and electricity as they are supposedly prepaid, however there's never water especially weekends and electricity is on another level in terms of having it in the complex. There's forever issues currently my appliances are damaged due to the inconsistency in the area besides the normal loadshedding and loadreduction done by eishkom aka Eskom. As I am typing this all my groceries in the fridge have rotten just because in that complex we seem to be having what they call minimal power, it takes almost an hour to boil water with the kettle as for cooking it's something else. "Thank you for this, I am not sure if they want the meeting with you guys or with us from the office, but…..just as a note One of the reasons why we established a committee is because we don’t do face to face meetings with the tenants and we realised that we need someone who can attend to these type of matters because the community has a need for it (although we never thought it would end up being this extreme). After Lebo’s meeting previously with everyone I do not understand what is their problems now again…………. My suggestion is that everyone who has so many issues, sit together and then compile a report with all of their complaints and send it to pgm@kamnandi.com and we will respond to it duly. [I am a little bit annoyed at this moment with our residents being full of so many complaints all the time, regardless of all the efforts put it] I think we must think of ways on how we can also manage your position as the committee better, so that the residents do not put so much pressure on you guys all the time. I buy online more often using takealot. In the past week I had ordered 3 times and decided to collect at the hub as opposed to receiving the delivery as normal. I must say I enjoyed my drive to the Soweto pick up point in meadowlands. The staff are very friendly and the process is very smooth and quick. Thank you takealot for the great service and going forward I will be collecting my orders a lot as it's nearby.
Wow, I have been looking for kosher for passover for a while, been from knee shop to another in different areas and could not find. On Sunday I decided to go to krugersdorp for my usual shopping and guess what, President Hyper had what I have been looking for and to top it all, they are very entertaining as they are currently running a competition for win a car. And the person hosting it is doing a great job. They have great specials in store at lekker prices too. Customers are also winning hampers. Bravo ? ????????
My credit card had expired and due to the looting that took place a while back I couldn't not collect my card from the usual branch, I had to select another branch where I can be able to collect my card. And I must say from call center to branch service, I am happy. The quick and efficient service and motivation forgetting friendly staff. Thank you Nedbank Mall of the South. I have collected my card and enjoyed my shopping whilst at it. Quick in and out of the bank.
I went to Mall of the South doing shopping ? and then I remembered that my card has expired, so had to quickly rush to the bank to get a new card, then I got to the queue, whilst waiting outside the consultant comes out to tell us that they are offline and I was like , after waiting in a long queue for so long and I just walk away like that. Some people left and I continued standing in the queue and eventually another consultant came out to check on us and yes they were still offline. It was now my turn to get inside the bank. I must say little did I know that the xard replacement does not need to be online to get it. I am glad I stood in the queue because I finally got my card and it was very quickly and out within 5 minutes and went to do my shopping ? ?. Thank you FNB
I had a voucher for sportsman's warehouse which compelled me to go do shopping with them. So Sunday decided to visit their branch in Princess Crossing just to check what do they have that I could possibly get. It was actmy first time entering into sportsmans warehouse. I must say it took me a while to make up my mind and I finally got something that j just couldn't leave the shop without buying it. I saw this lovely tote yoga bag and I just had to buy it. I received great service from all the staff from the floor right to the tills. Thank you all and I love my new bag????
Went to Capitec Bank in Southgate mall and I didn't realize how a lot of things have changed over the past year with all the covid -19 restrictions and all. I loved the set up of sitting within the branch and the service is very much quicker now than it used to be. Big ups Capitec for the great changes. I was happy to have entered the branch and I received an excellent service
I had the best experience with customer service from Standard Bank in Signet terrace Lenasia. I was assisted by Lucky Ngobeni as a consultant and he made sure that my query is resolved quickly. The service was quick and efficient. Thank you
