I bought a 2.5 kg Impala maize meal about a week ago. This morning when I opened the pack the product was stringy and full of mites. On the bag the expiry date is May 2026? By the all the maize would have been dissolved. As I buy at various outlets - P n P, Spar, Checkers and President Hyper, I can't recall where I bought it.
Yesterday was our 30 year wedding anniversary. Spur was the obvious venue of choice for us. As usual we ordered the ribs with chips and onion rings. We were not dissapointed as the taste and flavor was just awesome. The service was good and the atmosphere excellent as always. Thank you

A work colleague got us some burgers with Coke. To me it tasted flat and I thought maybe it was because it was on tap. On Friday I bought 2 x 1.5 liter Coke at our local Spar. It tasted like Diet Coke. That phrase....less suger same great taste is BS. The company saves billions on using less sugar in the syrup mix and the consumers has to believe the marketing lie.
The rating is actually - stars. Everytime I want to play the Lotto online, there is this issue....I logon and as soon as I go to the webpage to play, I get transferred back to the Home Page. I have complaint via email and supp**** my contact number but the reply that I received was to phone their tollfree number. Landlines are outdated so I have to use my cellphone. No free minutes so I will have to just hold on until one of their agents/advisors are available to take my call. The last excuse was that there was a problem with the server. Am I the only one that has this issue? This is suppose to be a top notch service provider. It seems to me I should forget about the online convenience and rather go and stand in a line at a Lottery oulet. Will just have to hold thumbs that at one or other stage I would still be able to use my funds until it is depleted.
Yesterday I went through my television manual to check whether I would be able to link my phone via wifi with the TV. I bought the television in 2009 at P n P in Bedworthpark Vanderbijlpark/Vereeniging. AIM after 14 years and the picture and sound quality is still perfect. Awesome brand because my wife also bought a microwave more than 30 years ago. Still working but the glass turntable broke due to the movers.
Today as so many times in the past I once again tried to play the lottery online. I get as far as my wallet and as soon as I want to deposit funds, are thrown back to the homepage. I have reported this on an email, but no one even bothered to attend to my query. Anyone else with a similar problem?
The rating is actually zero stars As everyone is aware BLACK FRIDAY is supposed to be discount on products. I went in to purchase a 6 pack of HUNTERS GOLD at the Checkers Liquor store at River Square in Vanderbijlpark. It was clearly marked limit 3 per customer and I thought...wow this has to be a great special. To my amazement when the sale was processed it came to R94.90. Even more expensive than usual and more than what it cost at Spar. And at Spar it is not even on a special. Caught me once....shame on you!!! Cuaght me twice.....stupid me!!!
Good day I would like to apologize for my previous reviews regarding DSTV Multichoice. I had the decoder tested yesterday and today the technician - Andreas - from Henberg Vaalpark Sasolburg sorted out the issue. The problem was with the cable on the outside that was damaged due to weather conditions. Sorry for jumping to conclusions and asuming the worst. To the agents at the Call Centre I would also like to give a 5 star for their patiece. I am connected ***
Since Sunday we have no DSTV signal. I have tried the self help option various times without success. On Tuesday evening I phoned the Call Centre. Waste of time and money. Advise that was given to me. You will have to get an installer to sort out your signal strength on the decoder. Which showed -1%. The explanation...bad weather. In August the weather was really bad. Not once was there a problem with the signal strenght. Then it dawned on me. Last year I had a similar problem after downgrading to a more afordable package. All of a sudden there was poor signal strenth. After numerous calls to the Call Centre and advise to get an installer to rectify the problem, I reported the issue on Hellopeter. Without anyone from DSTV phoning me, the signal was miracously restored. Now I'm wondering.....4 weeks ago I was phoned with an offer to purchase the latest PVR decoder. I declined the offer. All of a sudden I'm experiening signal problems. Something just doesn't sound right!!!!
