We had professional service from the first telephone call until the final sign off for the outstanding finished product.
We held a wake for a family member at the Jonkeershuis this morning. Congratulations to all the staff at the venue for an outstanding service in every respect. Thank you all.
Just when you think a company is trustworthy and recommendable to tourists, an incident happens, such as the one where the young girl was picked up around 10 pm and her ride cancelled after entering the car. She was driven off in the the wrong direction and when she asked what was happening, a man popped out of the back of the car. And the rest was a horrifying experience. She survived to tell the tale. THE WORST is that when she phoned Uber to tell them and to confirm that the man was no longer driving, they responded that they had to protect their drivers. UBER you are killing your business. I will never use Uber again.
My housekeeper's house burnt - her house is shared with two daughters and a grandson. Her elder daughter works at Frit and Veg City in Kenilworth. When they heard that the house had burnt down, they made incredibly generous contribution of small appliances to replace those lost in the fire. I do shop at Fruit and Veg City every now and then, but will make a point of going there more often now.

Collection service and gradual eking out of ‘service’ charges over a few days - R3200 later my Kirby was returned untouched, with photos having been sent of before and after - oh my word - please pay attention to what has been written on google reviews. This is an easy way to be ****** politely in broad daylight. Mark - watch out - life has unusual ways of dealing with things. You are so smooth you could slide uphill - great *******!!!!
Does anyone in this company actually give a damn?? Fascinating that a communication company should have no clue about communicating with its clients. One will need to test the other companies. 0/10 MTN.
Don’t bother using Dash! Stick to Checkers60!!!! They have their app and their r deliveries absolutely taped. I ordered groceries yesterday morning to be delivered by 1300. At 1545 my husband called to say no delivery yet. When I called to ask what had happened I was told that the groceries had been returned because my phone went on to answer mail. I was teaching and my phone on silent. I asked why he didn’t ring the doorbell, the obvious thing to do - you didn’t instruct the driver to do that - but is that not the obvious thing to do if the phone isn’t being answered???? There was no instruction NOT to ring the doorbell. And I cannot see where to rip your driver more than R10. All in all, mission unsuccessful.
I called Nespresso in early December to ask about replacing a part on my Nespresso machine. Two months later, and 50 emails and hours of my time wasted, I was sent a bill today for R20 for the one part of my request which was never delivered - three tiny parts will have been sent by three different courier deliveries - what a waste of time and energy and disorganisation due to very poor communication.
Loveliest people. And this is where it ends. The procedure of building a new pool has been one ongoing nightmare. From dreadful communication with the client to handing over an incomplete job and a dirty pool - too many things have gone wrong to even start the list - very very disappointing to say the least.
The most delicious wholesome muesli I have ever tasted. Packaged and presented door to door as if one was receiving a wedding gift with a personal note. This service and product is like none other!!!!! Thank you Carla!
