Lodged a claim through budget insurance. I was assigned to Portia Sibiya. I want to say thank you so much for the smooth process and how fast the claim was aproved.
This people keep sending me emails about debt of another person. Cam you please stop sending me emails and send it to the correct person.
i had already paid for May and i called them to cancel my policy but cover me till the end of May. one of their consultant called to try and retain the policy i refused due to their excesses and that I'm covered for market value instead of Retail.. the following week they debited my money without my consent. i did call and asked what was that for because they have debited me for May. they told me it was a mistake they will refund me. till now they haven't returned my money.
i took out a policy with this company but because I had an existing policy, I sent an email for them to move the debit order date but no respond. I called numerous times and no one is available to answer. the phone just rings . please cancel this policy with immediate effect I will rather stay with my current insurer.
Had a windscreen chip and lodged a claim on the app. They called me back and my chip was repaired same day. I'm happy so far
so I have been paying my monthly subscription with Dot sure including the tracking amount today I have been told that I'm owing them and that they disconnecting my device so I wont be covered for theft?? is this your you treat your clients?? and no one is willing to explain how to go about this situation. the tracking device is been faulty for the past few months and no one is willing to assist me.
