Akeso Hospital Port Elizabeth, worse medical institution ever , suppose to heal a patient but made matters worse, showers not cleaned, no hand paper towels ...system and programs feels like a prison, they just don't care they just tick of checklists/check boxes to show they done days job, but not supportive at all ... I will never ever stay in this institution ever, I am livid with the service management don't care at all its all about the money ....
I'm totally livid with the service I got from Boxer Cleary Park, Gqeberha, I bought a 5Kg GoldiIQ chicken on the 31st of December 2024 at 14:30 when i got home just before putting in the freezer I noticed that it's not fresh, full of ice...I could not go back to the store same day it was to late, but following day 1 of January 2025 early morning I had my bro in law return the 5kg, they responded with a note at the back of the invoice "they only return perishables within 30 mins of purchase" where have you heard of such, should customers be treated this way? If you buy unfresh goods you are not allowed to return it within 24hrs... I was onto their customer service but it dragged until today 3 January 2025 imagine I have to keep potential unfresh perishables in my freezer , what about possible contamination? I will never shop at Boxer again. I will encourage all not to shop there if customers are treated in this way Joy
I just had the most worse customer service from PEP so called customer service head office, Lindokuhle you need to treat your customers good whether PEP Stores has cheap stock to the public don't treat them like trash....all I enquired was about refund policy that is not displayed in store, nor online but she was really ****y and rude to me, I don't accept rudeness as I am a paying customer This is not yhe 1st time I receive such bad service when it comes to refund, they not clear enough , and nothing is published on their receipts nor in store, nor online
I just had the worse service at PEP stores, Cleary Park whereby they made me the customer a ****... I bought items on the 6 of December 2023, unfortunately a few days later I returned an item for a refund with the original invoice, they insisted to keep the original and told me to take a picture of the original and kept the invoice for their books...unfortunately again I had to return an item on the same invoice, I presented them with the picture of the original invoice slip...they refused to refund me on the basis of me not having the original invoice slip...yet they kept the slip and said to use the picture in future....I was send from pillar to post I eventually called the customer service after a few calls they also refused to refund as they claim "its their policy" with no policy of such on any slip or clearly visible in their stores for customers to note.... Of course I argued with them until they found the original in their files after I was made a **** that they insisted they gave me the original back.... This service is not accepted , we never complain we allow that these stores treat us so bad ...I am still very upset at this service I received at PEPS Cleary Park The manager and staff member Marisa are not helpful at all...
I have a question and need advice.... it's something very frustrating to me... at all PEP Stores security at the door request to see your bag ..I don't have a problem with that, what angers me when they dig deep into my personal belongings in my bag with their hands, i feel violated into my personal belongings...touching my personal items, where can I complain about this , is this allowed per the law? this frustrates me as if my personal belongings and space has been invaded... Kindly advice where and how to complain...because according to the security it's PEP Stores laws....😡
This business telephone service is putrid, calls just rings forever for parts division , on top of that then calls are just dropped ....this is not good service to the public
I want to take this opportunity to express my absolute gratitude and appreciation for Relay Ambulance Service PE, more specifically Ms Marina Lubuschagne for her fantastic help she provided when my mom was sick, gasping for air , she went out of her way to get the PE Emergency services to come check my mom after we battled just to get through to 10177, 10111 etc. supposed to be SA emergency numbers but they don't work... I cannot thank Marina enough for her service to the public...it is noted and very much appreciated...thanks
I keep on getting bad service at 2 branches of KFC ; Stanford road branch and Cleary Park branch....they have the worse ever customer service, never ice cream available, untidy premises, I'm livid at getting bad service all the time from same establishment...it's about time we complain.... I don't care attitude of workers at KFc is very disappointing...I will never buy food there again.... I'd rather go to another take away place pay more for better service.... Joy
Webafrica service is very bad...I really regret taking service with this incompetent company... You wait hours on the line to be assisted , then you have to deal with rude agents, like Quintin I spoke to on the 21st of December 2021 at 9am....I'm appaled at how rude he was to a customer I dissatisfied with me trying to sort out my account since 10 December 2021 , but no help at all... Please do your research before you acquire service from webafrica.
I would not recommend this funeral company, they are just not helpful, not sincere always looking for ways not to pay out claims, my aunt placed me as her beneficiary but they have questions , uncomfortable questions which are frustrating at this time of grief period...it's saddening , so anyone out there planning to take out funeral cover with freedom life...re-consider and check all the reviews first, before you take a funeral policy with Freedomlife..
