Buildrite at UMlazi kwaMnyandu what a terrible customer service ,the staff there ignore customers they even change facial expression when you greet them so that you will be scared to ask them for help and if you ask for help all of them will tell you that they are busy.The cusyomer service there is 0out of 100 they dont deserve even that one star I gave .In my whole entire life it was first time for me to experience such a terrible service

Their service is very bad ,its disgusting they dont care about us as their clients now its third day we are having no electricity and if you phone they dont answer the phone especially at night and if they answer it they say there are so many places without electricity and when I tell them thst we have fridges that have things that will rot snd they say if there is no electricity you must not always open the fridge abd if I ask them to tdll me when eill the electricity will be ok they say they dont know and the way they say thst you can tell that they dont care .Its a third day now and only few hours before it becomes 4th day but still they dont care about what we are going to loose when our meat snd other things rot in fridge while we have bought electricity.These people are so heartless and they dont deserve any star .Lastbyear we stayed for 8days without electricity snd our meat got rotten and now it seems like its going to hapoen again because the fridges have slready started smelling.As long as their houses have dlectricity its ok they dont care about other people
This company doesnt deserve even one star because they are ****** .I was with this company from 2020 and I just cancelled a contract with them a few months ago .Even cancelling that non existent contract with them wasnt easy because they were ignoring my cancellation emails and deducting my money .After I wrote a review to hellopeter they cancelled the contract and told me to pay 533 before they cancel it and I paid that 533 and sent them proof but now every month they deduct R60 from me which I dont knowww why ..Ihad a 3years contract with them from 2020 november to 2023 november and after that I never renewed the contract but now I dont know what is their problem there was no existing contract between me and them Im sick and tired now of this tracker company because they want yo force me to be their client whichnis something that is not going to hsppen because they are uselesd.Even if you take out battery in the car they dont see they are not like other companies that phone you and ask you the whereabout of your car because they dont see it
I made an order on 29/01/25and was delivered on 06/02/35.When receiving the order I wasnt happy with two cups that were in that order because they said they were leakproof but they were leaking because thestrawhole was very bigger than the straw ,so I made a return request ,they gave me ref no and collection date but they never came but instead made an update on the app that the ruturn concluded .I was so disappointed and then keptthe cups .As time goes I decided to apply for another return request on 27/02/25 and I was given a ref no and return collection date ,the return collection date was on 04/03/25 and on that date I was having another order to be delivered and when the driver phoned I asked if he is only coming with delivery and he said he is also coming for the return and when he came I gave the return but on the following day in the app it was activated that return concluded while havent received refund which I havent received even now .On 7/03/25 I phone take a lot asking them about this and they said they will sort it they will keep communicaying with me via email but till today they are quiet ,the only emails they send are promotions emails ,the only email s I received are the ones I received on the 7th that were confirming that they will investigate the matter .zNow I feel like they stole my money because if they didnt wanted to take their stupid cups and refund me they were supposed to refuse the return request because atleast the useless cups will be with me but instead they decided to take both the cups and the money I bought them with
Ive been a client of this useless company from october 2020 but from then till now I never received not a single call from them and due to that I ended up joiniing another company .Last month I decided to cancel them and I sent them enail telling them that Im cancelling them because they are useless ,they sent message saying that they will call me and what they did wa buzzing me for 3days and everytime they phoned Iwas unanle to answer the phone because it was only ringing once snd stopping .After that they sent me nessages saying that they tried contacting me but couldnt get hold of me so they will kerp deductong my money ,so on the 12 /02/24 they deducted lthe money zi reversed last month and this shows that tomorrow too they will deduct for this month.I have no existing contract with thwm ,thry have no right to force me to be their clientIf there was a wsy to hive 0/5 stars Iwas going to gove them 0 because they dont deserve even a single star
I asked them to send me the installation certificate as it was asked by insurance company but they sent an agent to call me and ask me a lot of questions for nothing because they said they want to make sure its me .I answered sll those questions but the certificate was not sent If there was an option to give no star I shouldnt have even given that one star because their service is bad Thus thing happened yesterdsy on 20/91/25 .I hate this company and I even regret joining them becsuse now my insursnce beeds this but they dont want to send it to me ,I sent them so many nessages telling them to send it but they didnt
Since sunday 11/08/24 I have no electricity and I ve been reporting it since that day until today but they only give me ref numbers each and every day and promise to sort the issue within 2 to 24 hours but they dont.Now my meat and other things rotted in the fridge and Ive already lost more than R4000.I have legal electricity its not ******* one and I buy the electricity but Im being ignored as if Im using ******* electricity without buying the card .Sometimes when I phone the person answering will say hold and I will hold for hours until I drop the phone .Now the ref numbers I have are close to 10 and still it doesnt seem like Im going to get help
For now I can give them 3 stars although Im so happy with their service ,my reason for 3 stars is just because I havent had any problem of the car that needed to tracked which makes me not sure about how good they are in finding ****** cars but with other services they are very good and their agent who phoned me yesterday Lehlonoholo Moloto was very good
