HELL
I don't know why I keep going back to this hell. Last night a bus had broken windows people were cold. Saturday my bus did not pitch on Saturday. When am I getting my money back??

How I regret
I haven't even received my order yet I'm having trouble getting a straight answer as to when I'll receive my order. They called saying that I should have my ID copy ready they will delever on yesterday (22/10/2025) noone pitched and no calls, I had to call and being transferred all the time and get through voicemails. I want to cancel sana, I don't have patience for this. I have to be at work on other days.

Where could the money be?
I transferred funds to Capitec account using my FNB app on Friday evening since it was late Friday and it was not an immediate payment I thought the funds maybe will reflect the following day, it didn't so I waited until Monday still the funds aren't reflecting. What is happening, where is my money?

This company is junk and shady.
This Company is junk I worked for this company for only a month and they never stated that I resigned. I've been running around for my UIF and them not updating that I resigned is holding back the process of my UIF claim. I am livid and nobody in the HR department has the courtesy to come back to me or update that I resigned.

UIF labour is too incompetent
I applied on the 30 of July still there is no response whatsoever. Every follow up call I make the consultants keep saying the same thing but there is no help at all. What's the point of claiming for UIF if the whole department is going to be this incompetent.

So disgusted and disappointed
Maybe I should forget about my UIF, even wring a review on this platform does not help. It's been more than a week now waiting for my U19 form. I've sent a form which can't open even on the PC. I'm so mad at the way DirectAxis is handling this. Its so selfish and the HR department just isn't doing what they're supposed to. I just need my form so we can part ways peacefully.

HR department is taking me for a fool.
I really wish I had something positive to say about Direct Axis at this point but there isn't. I'm still waiting for my u19 form they promised to get back to last week already its way passed 24-48 hours. They really are taking me for a fool and it's so infair on my side. HR department is aware that I'm pregnant and obviously not so mobile.

U19 taking forever to be sent to me by DirectAxis
Direct Axis really has failed me as the former employee. Since July they still haven't sent my U19 form. On the 6th of this month they replied that they will get back to me in 24-48hrs, nothing yet. I don't even know what to do now and I can't go to their office I'm heavily pregnant 😩

Failure to get my U19 form at Direct Axis
I've been wating for my U19 form unfortunately DirectAxis has been giving me the run around it's been over a week now. I can't claim at DOL without that form, I'm a former employee of FRG
