HiFi Corporation..... Monarch beds... STAY AWAY. ALSO stay away from HiFi Corp altogether. You will be far happier elsewhere. I bought this Monarch double... Spring stick into every part of your body. Bump and lumps all over the mattress wich is placed on a wobbly framed base. After at least 5 emails to their complaints department NOTHING. Not a word back from them. Please people... Don't waste your money supporting HiFi Corp. There are many other suppliers out their. I'm launching a full scale complaints review on all platforms I can.
I ordered items and decided to cancell them. 4 weeks down the line no email explications, no correspondence nor my requested refund. They then decided to send me 1 of the 3 items ordered (cancelled) at full price of the 3 items combined. I then decided to accept the 2 cancelled item but to no avail. No correspondence from them whatsoever. It's not about the money paid, it's about non correspondence to let me know what THEY ARE DECIDING TO DO WITH MY MONEY OY OR GOODS.
I ordered a product from Taste of Cannabis for health reasons and was billed 3 times the amount off my bank account. After 11 attempts at contacting them to no avail. I was a member and suddenly my membership was removed today. There site says/shows at least 11 active trading shops around the country but I cannot get any communication from them. I think I was ****med over R850 for a R250 parcel.
I would like to commend a gentleman with the name of Rudi at Hi-Tec footwear for his utmost customer relations. I had a minor factory fault with a pair of *MAGNUM* boots purchased from an outlet remotely far from his office. 2 e-mails and a photo of said problem and Rudi sorted the frustration out in one go. Magnum boots in general are outstanding boots used by forces the world over and my problem was an inferior one, to say the least, but Rudi put my mind at ease without being irate. Guys, if you are looking at purchasing a pair of exceptional boots buy Magnum products. This review is by no means a paid or instigated review but merely a hands on experience from an armed response officer working for a security company that knows what it feels like to spend 24 to 48 hours on your feet chasing suspects with boots that are not up to par, even of they cost you R2500. I was under impression that PSIRA laws and governmental regulations require by law that all security personnel belong to a medical scheme of some kind through their employer. My employer say's this is not a true statement and refuses to aid us in acquiring a medical of some kind. I approached AFFINITY HEALTH with ongoing emails and it doesn't seem like they know either. I was with Affinity for at least 4 years and requested an investigation but to no avail. I/we as employees need this badly but the owner refuses to as he says it not required by law. No one can verify this and seems like Affinity can't either. ARE WE BEING ********** BY A MEDICAL SCHEME or OUR EMPLOYER.
I ordered an item from Blades and triggers. It was faulty...within 2 weeks they were replaced with a different make. This was also faulty. Mohammed and his team of various staff began negotiations with me as to how they could resolve my predicament as I needed it for anti poaching work. I then decided not to go with another similar item and they replaced the items with no arguments, irate remarks or denial of the product quality. No charges for courier services (as the complaint and request for replacement) was legit as per their investigation. Everything I need that BnT keep in stock I will order from them as from now on. I don't care if it costs more than the opposition. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I thank this entire company for their policy. Please, anyone wanting anything that B nT may not keep in stock I guarantee they will get it for you. Just try them. I hope every company keeping similar products in stock LOOKS INTO THEIR WAY OF TREATING AND DEALING WITH CLIENTS will take some tips on how to maintain an ongoing relationship with a client. I phoned in to get either OTC meds for Osteoarthritis due to degenerative disc disease of my lower back or consult a doctor for prescribed meds. I was given authorisation to collect my meds from a pharmacy. The pharmacy gave me medication for CONSTIPATION. They said that was the meds authorised by the consulting "nurse". When I phoned back an argument ensued with someone who was either a male nurse or switchboard operator who then authorised me to consult a doctor. The doctor then insisted I go for MRI scans and x-rays which I had already gone for and handed him the entire results package. I walked out there with no medication and had to purchase Brufen and Panado from a chemist. I work in the security industry and we are forced to use Affinity Health . Affinity is on a fast path to a major law suit.

Gareth at Neon will always tend to help you chose the type of gun you seem to aim for Giva advice and help. He never pushes a product on you because he doesn't get commission. It's mass imported guns so he doesn't get a kickback....but will always seem to help you chose in your price range. Very patient man. I've been trying to scrape R2500 together to buy a gun for 3 months now and he just waits and gives advice and sends me the specials. I wouldn't dream of buying anywhere else. They are excellent. Had a chat with Mckayla at Affinity health customer service regarding a possible new policy. She was brilliant....not 2 min later I got an answer from her pointing me in the right direction and to cap it all, she wasn't trying to be a pushy salesman/lady whatsoever...even if it's not in her job description she cod have tried to push for a sale. None whatsoever and I appreciate that. I refuse to converse with anyone trying to force sell me a product. All she did was give me all the contact info I need and that's it. I had a query regarding my outstanding Medical aid card that was not yet sent to my company. A lady with the name of Treasure helped me. Not only did she supply me with a temporary document for me to use in the interim but she also supplied me with doctors names and pharmacies all in one go. Very very good service. I have dealt with this Medical Company before and I have never had a problem. Well done to Treasure and thank you for your help. I hope your seniors (bosses) take note of your willingness to go the extra mile at 22h00 at night. Thanks again Treasure. Affinity has a treasure working for them. Regards Mark Thomas.
