The new app is not user friendly. Not only is it difficult to difficult to find products, IT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO TIP THE DRIVER. I know how much the drivers rely on their tips and due to the new layout of the app, these guys who do all they can to deliver food quickly and efficiently hardly get tips. Additionally, the products that arrive are not always fresh.
My order arrived quickly and I was kept in the loop by the courier company. Good quality clothing with quirky colourful patterns. My favourite is the wrap-around skirt!
Dapper is another online store claiming to be in Cape Town but is actually drop shipping from China. They ship their products from a warehouse in Asia. There is no physical store in Cape Town.
****, no contact number, no physical address - one can place an order and thereafter no contact is made - only an email address available for correspondence. Has been reported before. Stay clear.
I received a pallet of books this afternoon. Jabu and Nkhosi went beyond the call of duty. They completed the job quickly and efficiently even though I didn't have any equipment to move the boxes.
Shocking. Hassled me like a lowly loan shark for an admission deposit well in excess of the maximum amount advised an hour earlier. And insisted on full cash payment (R154,000) in 1 lump sum after hours....rejected 100k and Balance in the morning! My elderly father kept on uncomfortable stretcher until they had received their filthy lucre. Notes on the patient record reflect an entirely false account of the phone exchange in this regard. Appalling.
Extremely poor customer support. Damaged goods received and sent back for replacement. After a month of emails, I am yet to have my goods replaced.
Item missing from the order received - Extremely poor customer service - issue still not resolved - item not replaced - the issue is still being investigated - a month later - yet on the website items these issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Shocking service and poor communication from customer service - order apparently delivered to wrong address, no refund until goods collected. Numerous emails were required to prompt replies. Issue has been dragging on for weeks now, still not resolved.
