The emergency line is not actually functional after hours. You only listen to a recorded voice going on and on until you run out of patience or airtime, whichever comes first. And you debit my account twice above what I have signed up for. You guys are part of your clients problems and not a solution in time of need. You actually are an organization of professional *******.
Ordered two books on January 5th for my child and they promised to deliver within 3 days after their accounts department got the money. It took them two weeks to deliver only one book. Now we at the end of January and the second book isn't delivered yet. When I enquire about delivery of the second book they say they will investigate and get back to me but nothing comes of it. My child is falling behind as a result.
Visited the Sunward Park branch and was told to wait a whole hour for a teller who was on lunch. No shame, wait one hour and nobody saw a problem with it.
If you are serious about effective car tracking device on your car, don't even think of looking their way. They give useless a whole new meaning.
Your Alberton store had so many helpless cash payment customer's queued for service with many till points only catering for the EFT payments with too few EFT payment customers. You can do better cause that was such an inconvenience to a large number of your customers. You can't have a store full of customers queueing for service with as much as four till points that are open but basically useless for them.
This business conveniently leave omits some amounts that are part of the contract to lure you into signing with them and then some nine or many months down the line they will tell you about the arrears that you have cause they forgot to bill you for this and that. And when they fail to explain everything they just say every contract has Ts n Cs. Why not be honest about everything from the onset? I am being ****med.
Was told twice to pay R30 extra monthly on my subscription so that I won't have to pay R600 for their technician call out fee when the electronic devices they installed on my vehicle malfunction and I said no in both occasions. Now all of a sudden my subscription is in arrears that will require them to debit R30 extra on my account for the remainder of the contract. So basically they I will have to pay the R30 they so desperately need whether I like it or not. Their business ethics suck!
I don't understand why they should only be working on appointments when we all don't have pre-planned illnesses. Most walk in patients are emergencies but you are expected to have an appointment for an emergency. It's worse on weekends as they push to see patients after 13H00 so they can charge after hours consultation fee. They becoming more of ****mers/money making schemes than health practitioners.
This organization takes orders and don't deliver at all. They don't take calls for follow up on orders or respond to emails, not even an acknowledgement for a received email. Then they will go and lie to the schools about parents not doing this or that when they fail to deliver so they can buy themselves some more time and still fail to deliver.
Thank you for resolving my query speedily and it would really do you much good if you send installing technicians who understand the products they install and can explain to clients how they function. Thank you and keep up the great service.
