Ladies shoes - poor quality. The pictures I saw online and the details description of item, it the total opposite of what I received.
Bought kitchen unit online, was delivered on the 18/11/2025@19:10. Was about to assemble it 10 minutes after delivery, then i saw dents/scratches and broken glass. Then i stopped and srartrd taking it pictures and video. Forwarded to customer service same night. Their reply yesterday was i boxed the item then claimed it had faults, their last email was their team delivered the item in good condition because I signed a delivery form. My question is what will I achieve to damage an item i order with my hard earned money in 10minute?
Not loading CatchUp episodes in time. When you call customer service, it take forever for the call to answered. They are quick to send payment reminder days before due day and quick to add penalties when you miss a day of not making payment for subscription. Now I understand why my colleague are canceling their subscriptions.
Nonvula from customer service cannot provide a reference number for the call I made regarding my account, to be able to trace the progress of my query. Nomvula is not allowed to email me as confirmation that query is logged. And not allowed to give out her last name because of POPI Act.
Called Ntiyiso Revenue Consulting after receiving a text that I owe the Municipality and they provided a contact number. The male agent failed to identify the firm/their offices instead passed the phone to female agent who also didn't want to tell the name of company/firm which I called . Instead, she said she can only speak to professional people who are calm while she referred to me as "Sesi"and didnt answer any thing related to my account but dropped the call. I called again immediately, and Mthokozisi Bengani answered. He didn't have any issues identifying the firm and how the account ended in their legal team.
Upgraded my contract in May 2024, now I am being contacted by Brooks and luyt attorneys daily for collection of Cell C money. CellC Escalation division called me instead of solving my matter, they say there is no such on their system and dropped the call.
They represent CellC. I took a contract with CellC in May 2024. Now i am called ,emailed and texted daily as they are collecting on behalf of CellC. I called CellC customer service and received a call from CellC EScalation but the is no solution to my matter. I pay my contract monthly and it does not qualify to be handed over.
Struggling to get a paid up letter, had a contract with CellC. Paid the settlement amount in full on the 23 March 2024. Cannot apply for credit any where except for them.
Had concerns regarding what is happening in social media. Spoke to Justin Grobler - he was able to answer all my questions regarding Capital Legacy and read the stats for complains/ complements. Also gave a detailed summary of my policy, in a practical example. We were on the call for 15 min, I am relieved and still happy to have a policy with you.
