The 1 is because I cannot continue to write the review without selecting a rating but this company deserves 0 stars because of one agent. Marcelle Naude who works at an office in Roodepoort, Gauteng. She is quite *********** and does not care for her clients. As we speak, she is failing to assist us with an issue and this would not be the first time she’s doing that. She had to be escalated last year too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign a lease with her. Because of her ways, she makes Remax look bad.
I placed an order online on the pick and pay website for groceries to be picked up at a pick and pay that’s near me. I was charged twice by them. I’ve been calling them all day and nobody is assisting me. I called the bank and the bank said it’s a pick and pay issue. I’m basically in limbo now because of this. Never will I ever buy from them again. Some of the agents too aren’t knowledgeable and cannot speak proper English which makes matters worse!
The one star is there because theres no option to not put one because these people do not deserve even the one I put) It's crazy how you people have switched off the comments on your posts on Instagram and blocked me on Facebook after I left a comment because y'all know the truth. I wonder when you guys will actually tell people the truth about really living there. The deposit ****, (that NOBODY actually gets their full deposit, EVER! That regardless of the fact that the apartment is super clean, y'all still charge people an amount of R1450, which is non-negotiable) amongst other ****s ofcourse (that I can also list if people would like) the *****ing of cars (When I moved out; 4 cars had been ****** in one week. Security guards didn't have an answer as what happened. One even said he couldn't stop the ******* because he wasn't trained to do so. Im not sure if its the same person but one said they took his phone and locked him in the guardhouse, took the remote, opened the gate and left with the cars with whoever he or they came with, after that management made it seem like they were tightening security and we were asked to switch off our cars before leaving the property on some days and on some they’d just let us go without doing that procedure. Which is a joke if you ask me) Like there’s alot going on in that place. The person handling your social media pages has the nerve to post pictures on Instagram and Facebook as if that place even looks like the pictures. The pool? It def does not look like that. Theres apartments everywhere in that place theres barely any space left; The owner is still building too (The construction workers start working at about 6am making a huge noise EVERY SINGLE DAY. So even if you don't want to wake up, you do; they also sleep in the property too by the way then they walk around at night making remarks at women.Im one of them too. That right there didn't make me feel safe at all).It looks like a res to be honest. It doesn't deserve to be called an “Estate”. Electricity is even worse. They upgraded their meters and a R100 gives 18 units worth of electricity. Crazy right?!. Guys, please DO NOT move there even if it’s your last resort. That place is hell on earth. Management is so rude and does not care about tenants, especially the guy called Chris Swathe. One of the worst! I don’t know what he has on them cause he should be fired. Some of the security guards are rude and should've been fired too by now. They do not know how to do their jobs, at all! They do everything else but that. Very talkative and hyperactive! How they got hired should be questioned. I have all proof of everything I have said above. From emails, videos, and messages from the estate’s group chat I was in when I lived there.
I hired a car in their site and it changed the date after booking for some reason. I then tried to cancel or alter my booking and they said I cannot do that. They charged me a cancellation fee of the same amount of money I paid for the car rental. Which is absurd because it hadn't even been 30mins of booking. Im so heartbroken because I lost a-lot of money for nothing. These people don't care and like money. Ive deleted their app and never using their services again!!!
I spoke to someone called Thabo Mazibuko from the support department yesterday night (he needs to be escalated or get a warning by the way; had a very rude way of doing things) who took an hour to put me through to his manager (which he didn't by the way). Used an old lie that all call centre agents use and said his manager was on a call. Im saying this because I've worked in a call centre before and managers do not want to take over calls. I told him to not put me on hold and he muted me. I could hear in the background that he is busy having a good old chat with his colleagues on Microsoft teams, after an hour he got back to me and started making this static sound/noise with his headsets as if he cant hear me (which is what agents do too) then ended the call. Meaning he did not have a resolution to my issue. So in essence, with this company you do not get a hold of anyone to assist you when you need them the most. My portal has never been set up ever since I joined them which is appalling so every time I need statements or invoices, I need to email finance. Ive been emailing the finance department asking for it since last week Friday and they kept ignoring my emails. When I call, Im told the finance department is busy. On a other day when they transfer me, the call drops. So basically customer service is ****ty as hell. Guess what? After calling yet again today to be transferred to Finance, they did and the agent I spoke to sent me my invoice while I was on the call, meaning they were blatantly ignoring my emails, all week. Im so glad I’ve cancelled my services with them. My money was def not worth this ****. If you want a reliable ISP provider. Please do not bother with these people!
The Makro system is bs honestly. The star I put is because there is no option for half a star or no star at all! They say you cant buy stuff without having a store card. So I gotta waste my time and go join another queue and wait to create a store then go pay for my stuff. They force you to have a card, needing things like my ID, in which should be optional to provide. I've never heard of such a thing where a store forces you to have a card instead of it being optional. The Makro in woodmead Johannesburg is worse even the manger there doesnt seem to know his job. My brother buys water for work every week there and they've never asked for no card. Last week I borrowed a card from a lady that was in line with me and I paid and left. Today, a different cashier says it's not allowed but last week another cashier said it is allowed. So it's quite clear that something isnt right. Can someone please explain to me whats going on and make it make sense. I dont reommend anyone to use Makro if they wanr to try it for the 1st time.
Im very ****ed and disappointed at the same time. I received an email from Buffalo intl logistics aaking me to pay for my order, an amount of R129.31. So I used the option of bank transfer (immediate transfer that is) on 23/11/21. When I got a proof of payment from Capitec, it showed the incorrect reference number of which I did put the correct but it must've been because I probably put it in the incorrect place or Capitec's error. Anyways, I called their landline number to enquire about the incorrect reference and the fact the I paid. The lady I spoke to said she was letting the online people know about my issue and that they will probably get back to me in 3-4 days. Annoying part is, I received the same email from Buffalo yesterday 26/11/21 saying I must pay? Like? What the heck? What was the whole purpose of the call I made to let them know about my issue? What are call centre agents for? I even sent them several emails, starting from 24/11/21, double texted on whatsapp since 23/11/21 and still nothing, yet when you call they say if you'd like text them on whatsapp for a quick response mxm! Im so mad because now I will be forced to cancel my birthday ceremont because of this. I've already paid thousands for it and the Shein package cannot be delayed, if so, I need to cancel everything and its disgusting that to get their attention I probably need to go to their offices of which I dont even know where they are. I have no car, and taking taxis will probably make me get lost. Im stressed. Im ****ed. My expected delivery of my package is 8-10 Dec, same week of my birthday. Now Im forced to cancel by the looks of things.
FNB is still pretty much the most useless bank I've ever had. They sent me an email with the incorrect funds to be deposited back in my account. When I sent an email to ask them about it. They didnt bother replying. Its been over a week now I think. Its funny how useless the call centre people are, like what is your job if you cannot reply to a simple email? All I need is feedback that's all.
I had an awful experience with FNB; infact I'm very disgusted. I recently decided to open an account with them (about a month ago) so I have another bank account. But wow, I regret it. I requested a ride on Bolt (Taxify on Sunday 22 August 2021) using the card option. The ride was initially aupposed to be free of charge as I had a discount for R50 off if using card details. I entered my details and FNB reserved R100 for the bolt ride which was pretty much absurd. When the ride ended , it clearly showed on my emails ans on the Bolt app that the total cost for the ride is indeed R0.00, yet FNB hadnt reversed the R100 back. I let ot go since it was a Sunday, thiinking they'll reserve it back on Monday the 23rd of August automatically but still they didnt . I sent an email on the same day the 23rd with a filled in dispute form as per the process for them to reserve the money back into my account and they replied with a waiting period of 5 business working days. I waited but nothing. I sent another email to a different department but still nothing. It's been over two weeks now and still nothing. Telling me nonsense like systems are offline or "They're working with fewer consultants". Like how is that my problem? So it takes two damn weeks to reverse such a small amount back into my account yet when they reserved it, they were so quick to deduct it from my account. Im really ****ed and disgusted by the poor service they provided mxm. As soon as this is sorted out Im closing the account. It's pointless banking with such a useless company, sies!
