I submitted all my documents when I called in they told me the payment will take 30 days I don’t understand why so long after you’ve gave me a hustle. I just want my money that’s it!!!
I app**** to rent a Tv then they requested I pay an amount just after I paid the subscription they declined my application. My question is why are they taking so long to bring my money and why did they make me pay knowing very well they will decline me!!!
My grandmother requested a supplementary card we have been waiting they are taking long. Their call centre is not helpful emails are being ignored.
Am not happy with the service I received we ordered a fridge they told us delivery takes 2-5 working days now they telling us they going to deliver at a later stage and they willing to deliver at an earlier date. We had to do a follow up regarding the delivery nobody was trying to contact us.
I ordered something online they did not give me the option for express delivery and the time frame they had stated has passed have been trying to call the call centre empty promises all the time even on emails they agents are rude and I need my parcel as soon as possible order: CUM01425352
I had a bad experience with the delivery service they didn’t give me an option for expedited delivery before I checked out I ordered 4 days for my package they still didn’t deliver am still waiting and I called them that I need to leave with my package the agents are rude and not willing to assist. My claim was rejected by admin plus after they took almost a month to respond to me giving me back and forth it’s didn’t take the 48 hours they always mention. Thereafter the reject it with the reason that I skipped monthly premiums whereas that is not true I even went to Telkom after the claim resolution and they also confirmed everything is up to date and no monthly premiums were skipped. I have been paying all along now that it’s time I claim as my cellphone was ****** they give me problems and they give me false accusations that I have skipped monthly premiums which is not true!!!
Claim no: Claim No: TLK130724 Bad service from the Telkom insurance I was promised that I’ll get an outcome within 48 hours here I am not getting anything it has been 2 weeks now but nothing they telling me they checking my statement at Telkom if I’ve paid and my account was debited of which I told them but I still haven’t heard anything from them they are lie all the time bad service will never recommend!!!!
I had a contract with MTN in 2015 I also took insurance for the device then the device screen cracked when I took to MTN they said they taking it to be fixed they brought it back but still the screen was not fixed they wanted an extra R500 which I took out but still they didn’t fix it till today 2023 I have no tablet no refund of the money I tried going to attorneys but I got no assistance MTN is a **** with their insurance I finished paying for the device and they still have it!!!
I am very angry and agitated with JP market from 2020 I have been waiting for my money since I made a withdrawal this year I managed to get hold of them and they keep on giving me round arounds with my case even though I have showed them proof of the money deposited their claims department is slow they have automated email responses and their consultants are rude telling me to wait 6 months after I have waited for 3 years!!!!! I just want my R2700 that’s all useless broker that they are
