These people are not customer centric they are very disrespectful in a sense that they send me the same emails and not responding to me or acknowledging my initial emails. My deepest concern is the level of inconsistency from the supervisor I could tell that I was provided the voucher only to dismiss me. They went dead silent I had to reach out after I was promised they get the phone the phone store delivered to Clearwater for me to collect. But now am given an impression that they are still looking for this phone when it was already confirmed 3 stores have this phone. They sold me a broken unusable phone when they were booking it in I was told the phone is fine but when it came back there was so much faulty with t h e phone. So am still being treated like **** getting lame emails that means nothing. The supervisor probably couldn't wait to get rid of me well
I bought a phone, had issues I brought it back. The lady that booked the phone advised the would be booked that day. That was not the case instead it was after Christmas. Well I left everything in the box the only thing was the charger that was not in the box. So when my husband collected it this past Friday they're is no receipt no pin no headsets no Sim card which was in the phone. I need answers cause I don't want to be annoyed because if I should go to the store, they will get it. She was very talkative when I brought the phone in only to give that a while lot was wrong with the phone. She was not concentrating or probably in a festive rush. This was in jet store in Clearwater I want someone from there to call me before I escalate this. Is this your way of ****ming people you'll know if you'll don't return the receipt I can't be bringing the phone in. I'm still not comfortable especially after everything that was found to be wrong with the phone but it was suppose to be new.
Customer experience ruined even the supervisor or manager failed to remediate he just added to the lies. This is to Johan and lucinda I've been waiting for my refund to date nothing is happening no communication at all. The last communication was when i called in requesting to speak to the manager and i spoke to Johan on Thursday its Saturday today still no refund no communication. He mentioned they are having issues with refunds and was going to request to have funds credited back to me the Thursday but that has not happened. The consultant assisting me initially by the name of Lucinda just withdrew all communication i guess she just got tired of me and decided to stop all communication , I will hate to take this up as ive always purchased from side step its my first time have to return and this is the bad service behind
I'm so disappointed on dischem Westgate branch. After ordering my medication online , i decided to go in because I was already out of meds. Onlt to get there just when im called in to the dispensary by a lady called Portia. immediately after i get to her she take a call from another client, assist that person hangs up has the call connected back to her again. In the same time she is getting my medical aid card to see my medication that am there to collect. So I'm starring at her to see how is she going to dispense for both me and the client on the phone. She asks me twice who the medication is for i told her its for myself. She then puts the client on hold and tells me OHH YOU HAVE SO MANY PROFILES! this is something i hear every single month i collect my medication, at some point im told this will be merged so i have one profile but clearly no one has really taken the time to merge these profiles. So she tells me the medical Aid is not paying for some medication the reason on the system says Ive already taken the meds so they wont pay for it. Im surprised because the very same medication in suppose take with the antidepressants which is the exsria is the mood stabilizer. nothing clicks in her brain that i mentioned ive already sent a request for ordering. Just when i get home with just the medication she could provide I get the OTP to advise meds were packed. Now im not going tothe store again i need someone to fix this and get me the rest of my medication. SHOULD THIS AFFECT MY APPROVALWITH THE MEDICAL AID YOU PEOPLE WILL BE IN FOR IT. THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE THAT LADY LACKS TO JUST PROVIDE SERVICE NOTHING ELSE. i HOPE TO GET A CALL OR EMAIL BY TOMORROW TO FIX THIS
My helper went to the clinic just for a headache. Test were done. She is given pain medication together with prep hetemict 200 mg. She is told tjis is to help you prevent getting HIV. No conversation these are tablets where one has to make a decision after a conversation because they have to take them forever. So why just lightly decided as a health provider to give a person these and not even explain to the patient. No my sister is sick with suffer effects of these that she doesn't even what it's for. Princess stuff is really unprofessional. All she knows is everyone that tested nagative takes these! What nonsense is this. Patient goes in for a mere headache, they don't know if this person yet you just give her meds that is going to change her life. Why are the nurses there so Flippin judgemental,

Only today when we call she ask us if we were told the money is going to be allocated to them from August.
We bought fries for my daughter and chilli fries with drinks and nuggets? This was after 7.last night, we decided on a takeaway. My daughter was waiting upfront for the order while I watched her younger sister. We got home to brown hard fries. We drove to the mall especially to get her fries but the disappointment in her really hurt. Cause that's all she eats from macdonalds. So I am pretty sure that whoever prepared the fries saw a little girl and just have her the off fries she won't mind or whatever the person thought I'm very disappointed.

I've read my new policy documents as advised and when I update incorrect details my premium increases. Your consultant is not fit to be working in this institution unless thats what they are told to do. I know very well that the incorrect address was used to menipulative the premium. Where did he get that address 6 cars and home contents he confirmed the address everytime. Why the hell do I have to go through this. My telephonic agreement was not for that amount and I'm not going to pay that amount. I'm going to take this matter to the Ombudsman because you'll are not taking this seriously. I'm so disgusted that a person would behave in the manner. Don't you have quality accessors. I better get a call tomorrow confirming this mess is sorted. Another thing if you do try to call and don't reach me you need to try again like you do when you'll want to sell me policy initially. I'm at work during the day so I might mess the call that does not at all warrant you to close the query at we tried to call you. I'm sick and tired of fighting for good service I'm exhausted.
Hi I called in to have my address corrected only to be told that the address update changes the premium. Im not in agreement to that amount can this be sorted out im sure you guys have listened to the call and heard that I have never confirmed that incorrect address. Im so furious if your consultant did that on purpose because they were trying to sell the product to me. I need to get feedback that this corrected with the same amount of the premium I agreed too as per the call, The Flippin address was repeated on the call every time . Im so disappointed in your company as for the consultant his not compliant how can he just get away with such disloyalty. I want you to call me to advise me you will be sending me my policy documents with the correct address with the same amount I initially agreed too. Not this nonsense attached.
