Thank you to Prime SA for being such a good insurer! No matter what i need to update or what type of assistance i need, they are always professional and friendly and assist me without any frustration. I recommend Prime SA to all South Africans!
This is now the second year that i will need to go through MVIA Insure to do my car's service as my service plan is with them. I pay them every month, but when it comes to the beginning of the year and i need to book my car for a service they do not pick up my profile on their system. I have to explain what i am insured for and the light comes on and i get some sort of assistance. I had to request them for information on possible workshops where to i can take my care that they will approve as i moved to Thabazimbi. I did not get a real answer and was left to phone each workshop i could find in town to find out whether they will be able to assist me and whether they are RMI registered. Last year i had to pay over R1000 in on my vehicle's service. So now this year, i have requested a quote from the service workshop (which i allocated myself) and i have forwarded it to MVIA to confirm whether they will be paying the full amount of the quote or will i be surprised again to pay in an amount. I need to know this so that i can be prepared when i book my car's service. And this is the reply that i got: Thank you for contacting our offices, Kindly note we are not affiliated with any service providers nor we can advise or recommend where to refer for services. As per your policy coverage you can refer to any nearest RMI approved workshop. Should you have any queries do not hesitate to contact our offices 087 2323 494. How is this service without frustration? I will not recommend MVIA Insure.
Worst service received from a Bank... I ordered a new card before end of January 2026 as my bank card got lost. FNB gave the option that i can request a new card and it will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. This was great news and i was like wow! I got a phone call much later after i enquired about the delivery as the 3-5 working days has passed and was informed that my card will be delivered on 12 February 2026. Far past the 3 - 5 working days but anyway, the 12th of February 2026 came and gone and no card was delivered. I had to do an enquiry again and got a phone call yesterday which confirmed that i will only receive my card on 26 February 2026 (if they keep to their word this time). So, then it will be more or less a month that i am waiting for a new bank card. The R160.00 for the card replacement fee was almost immediately taken from my bank account after requesting the new card but i have to wait a month or maybe longer to get my new card. This is not service! I do not recommend FNB to anyone.
Worse service provider ever! Since i signed up the data contract with Vodacom i receive statements with extra Entertainment Services FEES added to the account. I phoned several months, each month to query this as the sim is in a rooter and no one can active any subscriptions on it. Several consultants assisted me and confirmed that they put a block on the sim in order for this not to happen again and that i must also log on my app and block anything i see there as well. I have done this every month since i have the contract just to get an account again this month showing Entertainment Services fee of R408.85 and i had to block 5 Subscriptions again. I CANNOT LOOK EVERY DAY ON THE APP TO SEE IF SOMETHING IS ACTIVED ON THIS SIM. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT HOW IT IS SUPPOSE TO WORK! And the best of it is, that i am now stuck with this contract for several months still!
These people offer you a so called solution to get outstanding debt interest lowered and to act on your behalf and to pay these creditors as you sign a POA for them to do so. Since i have contacted them to assist me not one of my creditors have been paid a single payment. I have send several emails between November and December to ask for an update as these creditors is still contacting me so it looks like no arrangement or payment was made to them but up to date i have not received a response back. VDM Attorneys get their monthly payment every month on time and then also to see that they want to deduct money on a earlier date from my bank account which i have not given permission to do make me furious. Never seek help from these people. They have putten me in a worse financial position than what i was.
I strongly do not recommend this place!!! STAY AWAY!!! **** ALERT!!!! I decided to take up their "special" which was advertised all over social media which promised that Dream Cosmetics Johannesburg will assist me with the following: my makeup Company/Brand name to be registered, Logo to be designed, Product Photograpy (my branded product), website design and 1 branded product for testing an visuals.... Promised Production Lead Time: 4 Weeks.... I am now waiting for almost 5 weeks. All i have received is the logo design... I was promised that the company registration and the website design will be done by today 8/9/2025. ALSO BY THE WAY, WHERE IS MY BRANDED PRODUCT AND MY BRANDED PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS THAT YOU PROMISED? I am not getting any response with results from these people except for some lame excuses once in every blue moon! I was patient enough. I should have followed my gut instict when i thought this was to good to be true!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE/COMPANY! Worst experience ever!

I made contact with Cartrack customercare in order for them to assist with updating my banking details. Since then i have been receiving constant phone calls from their consultants wanting to sell the same product i already have with them to me. This is so irritating and frustrating!
I placed an order on 1/8/25. Delivery was suppose to be within 3 - 5 days. Shortly after i have placed my order i received an email just to be informed that they are out of stock and that the estimated restock date is the 19th of August 2025, and all pending orders will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as stock becomes available..... Where is the promise to deliver within 3-5 days??? This is not what they have promised in writing when payment for my order was confirmed. It is unacceptable to wait for atleast 19 days before they have stock and then who know how long before my order will reach the point for it to be delivered! I will not order again at CheetaThin and i will not recommend them to anyone.
Will never layby or purchase anything again from Russells. Paid my layby in full on Friday 17 January 2025. Russells policy is that they should deliver your online ordered items within 2 - 5 days. I received a sms on Monday 20 January 2025 that delivery will take place on 23 January 2025 and shortly after another sms to say 22 January 2025. Which was great news. The 22nd came and past, 23rd came and past and still no delivery or even a phone call from the courier company. Phoned Russells and a complaint was lodged only to receive a message to say that delivery will take place on 28 January 2025..... I am really unhappy with this service i received and will not recommend Russells to anyone.
