I am so disappointed in Game I place food order of essentials on 2 November till today there is no delivery. They sent me lowzy sms on Monday evening apologizing order didn't come. Since then silence, like what are we suppose to eat. Ordered for convenience but it's inconveniencing me.
I'm writing to complain about the Gqeberha Spar Women's Race. I'm very disappointed with how it's been organized. My goodie bag was almost empty, just a few samples. Other people who registered later got full-sized products like sunscreen. This isn't what was promised, especially since I registered early. Even worse, there were no T-shirts in my size. It's ridiculous that you ran out of smaller sizes but had piles of extra-large shirts. Why weren't we allowed to choose our size when we registered? When I complained, I was just given a **** apology. We paid to be in this race. It wasn't free. I registered early as you told us to, but it seems to have made no difference. Your apologies don't fix this mess. You need to do better. My excitement for the race is gone.
I'm so angry at the service I received at Spec savers Greenacres. I did my glasses there by them in August very happy and great service. Now my frame is broken and I went to report it there about a month ago in October. The lady that helped me was a short white Lady Jane. She looked at the glasses as saw the frame problem then said they don't have any and they will have to order for me she will call me. She never called nor gave feedback, I went to the store last week and helped by a different lady and you could tell that no frame was ordered . Why did Jane lie to me or is it because I'm a person of color so she was brushing me off and **** to my face or there is no urgency to my visit . Extremely disappointed will definitely never return there again.
They know they one of the largest companies in Qeberha and they often have vacancies. Which alot of people obviously apply, but they always end up hiring internally or ex employees. So question is why post vacancies externally because clearly connections are needed or something.
They have deducted double from my bank account I reported it, I got a automated email saying I must send proof which I already did. Last week they didn't deliver and didn't want to refund me. Now they don't want to pay back my money for double deduction
So laybe'd a bed last month and went to go pay balance today because we have moved into new apartment. After paying they telling us can't deliver today telling us stories about delivery as if they doing us a favor whereas we paying for it. The delivery guy even had attitude asking for money inadvance nonsense. REMOVE THE SAME DAY DELIVERY SIGN BECAUSE IT'S NONSENSE... So don't know what I'll sleep on tonight...
So disappointed and angry at what you did, having your bus run 2hrs late no communication nor any explanation once arriving to pick up passengers. Been hearing about how bad your services is lately and was first time experiencing it. My pensionioner mom having to wait in the cold weather with no seat in the karoo. Bus suppose to depart at 22:20 Arrived at 00:15. That's bad service on another level, never using this ridiculous bus which is expensive for nothing agains.
First National Bank has gone from the most trusted bank to being dodgy and fraudulent now. On two separate occasions my mother who is over 60 has money stolen from her bank account. The first time it was R5000 and now over the weekend it was R7000, she went to the bank as per usual to report this. The response that she was given is that money is gone yes but they can't trace where it where it went or what happened to it, and a fraud case has been opened whereas the very same line was used by them when she lost the first 5k few months back. It's very ironic how this happens just few days after she had gone to the bank to go change the password for her banking app, because for some dodge reason her finger print authentication was not valid, this is also a frequent thing. And they change the password for her all the time, so they have access to her account. Someone help me on how I can sue FNB bank Graaff-Reinet branch, enough is enough she is one of many.
I feel harrased, they calling daily but when I answer they don't say anything. The one time someone spoke to me an Indian lady her words "what do you want from homechoice" I said nothing. She hung up how rude. Yo need to train your call Centre staff. Today I've received 8 calls 2 of which I answered but they hang up on the other end. Stop with your nonsense
You guys are scammers, just because my mother is over 60 they trying to cheat her. It first started when took her table for repairs and it was gone a full year and was paying for table which wasn't there... Now we got the money down and should be last payment end of this month now suddenly there are extra charges that a triple the balance, mind you we've been paying extra than the expected amount. Bladdy crooks going to make sure I expose them on TV..
